Usually busy in the middle of the day but totally worth the wait. The employees are nice and always helpful. Never had a bad experience if anything the people that I noticed as being rude have been some of the customers. if i could leave zero stars i would. i ordered 2 smoothies on the jamba juice app, one for me and one for my 76 year old grandparents so they could split it, and had them delivered because i just had surgery and didn't really feel up to driving across town. i got my delivery and noticed that one of my smoothies had little green chunks of plastic all through it. i took it down and stated that there was plastic in my smoothie and that i wanted it remade and a refund on the drink and when i said that i wanted the refund the "manager" gave me a rude face their night manager and the other girl that was working there thought that we had stirred the plastic in ourselves...like uhh i'm sorry but why would i do that? i got the drink remade and when i asked about the refund they said that i had to contact doordash for the refund. i again stated and showed that i ordered it through the jamba app not doordash. she was like well i don't know how you got it delivered then cause we don't work with doordash on our app...my grandfather then called to get the name of the manager and to tell them how bad the service was and she hung up on him. i don't know about you guys but i don't think i'll ever return to jamba juice..there are a lot of other juice bars around town... read more

I really like Jamba Juice and this location is awesome. I randomly came in one night for a drink and ended up getting an egg nog smoothie. While I was waiting for my drink, I realized on the menu that you can order your drinks light and they're half the calories! I went up to the guy making my drink and asked if they had started making my drink and they did. I told him that I didn't realize there was a light option.. Anyways.. He remade my drink for me... He's a navy reservist and was on duty (after properly informing them before hand) when his manager called him and demanded him to come in or else he would be fired. I went to this Jamba Juice location about an hour ago, when I went in I tried to find something for cheap. when I asked the employee if there was any dairy in the smoothie I wanted he proceeded to say yes. when I asked to take the dairy out he then proceeded to say "You mind as well get our Strawberry... because it had no dairy" in a very rude type of tone. I then gave him my card to buy my drink and he said "do you have a photo ID" and I said no I'm sorry, I forgot it. He hands me my card and tells me he can't service me without an ID, and doesn't even say have a nice night or anything. He just walks off. never going back. I don't recommend. read more

Been coming to this location for about 10 years. Not impressed with them the last 5 times I've been here. First time, my acai bowl was so watery I could drink it with a straw. Second time, our smoothies were not filled up to the top...barely came to the top of the white line on the cup. Third and fourth time, they were so backed up it took 20-25min for or smoothies. The manager was the only one making drinks. There was a guy on hand out, a girl at register and running back and forth to help hand out and another girl standing around hovering. I think 2 were new and training. It was a mess. Today was the fifth time. There were 3-4 employees, one making drinks, manager at her desk in the back and one walking around...the same one hovering from last time. We waited for 5 minutes before someone came to us. When she did she said someone would be right with me. I asked if everyone was not on the clock or what? We ordered and paid for a side of peanut butter to go with a pretzel. We got less than a teaspoon of peanut butter for .50. I will keep coming back here because this is the closest location to Beaumont BUT there is a lot of opportunity for growth here. read more

Went in today with my daughter and ordered two smoothies, I tried ordering mine with non-fat yogurt only hold the Greek yogurt. When Abdiel the cashier informed me they dont have non-fat yogurt......until I had him come around the counter and read the menu which stated that they did in fact have non-fat yogurt. This Jamba Juice is very slow! I've been in there a few times now where it took forever to have my smoothie made. The time before that they made my smoothie and then had it sit behind the counter instead of calling it out. I have been a customer of Jamba Juice for YEARS, and I have never experienced such poor customer service. Yesterday I was mistreated by one of the staff members, his name is Cameron. I ordered my usual, and submitted my phone number for the rewards program. I had a $3 off coupon which I was very excited to use. I paid with a debit card, and forgot to tell them that I wanted to add 2 boosters, so I gave they guy 50 cents from my wallet. Apparently that was too much for him to figure out, because after I gave him the money he called me back over to the register to tell me that he wanted to cancel the order altogether and run my card again with the correct information. I said sure, and he rang me up again except this time without my rewards discount. So I asked him what happened to my discount, and his response was that he forgot about it, and laughed. So then he asked for my card again so he could swipe and make another correction. At this point I was very uncomfortable with giving him my card, because he was exhibiting quite a bit of incompetence with using the cash register. I told him that I was uncomfortable with swiping my card multiple times, to which he replied "well actually there's only two transactions". I thought this was a distasteful thing to say, considering that he is the one who rang up my order incorrectly but whatever. I was trying to make a point, and told him that he should pay attention to what he's doing because this is not acceptable. He tried to apologize, but honestly his attitude and smart mouth were enough for me to walk out, I asked for a refund and canceled my order altogether.
