I order the same drink at any Jamba Juice and it's to par at this one. The reason for the low stars is because of customer service. I went on dec 29 and the male employee didn't say hi or how can I help you. I walked to the register and ordered my drink and he didn't bother to say thank you. He needs more social skills to work around customers. read more

My first time going to this Jamba Juice location I promised myself I wouldn't go back, my drink was made horribly, it took 10 minutes to get it and there was no one in there but me. I decided to go back one more time and it will be my last time, my drink was disgusting, I took one drink and had to throw it away. The customer service is not bad at all, they are super friendly but it's just they don't have the proper training on how to make the drinks. read more

They're condescending and rude at this location. My husband and I waited 5 minutes while the 3 workers finished their conversation regarding their plans after work. Then when I asked for the difference between two items she read the description with an attitude. Finally when we received our smoothies they were bland. I was going to complain, but I was so aggravated that we just left and literally threw them away. Waste of $16! read more

This is my second time here and it's the same thing. Waited over 15 minutes for 3 drinks. Drinks do not taste anything like any other Jamba Juice. The staff is so slow and they do not even fill the cups all the way. Second time they fill the cups only a little more than half. I thought it would improve after the first time but it sucks just the same. Don't think I'll try this place again. read more

I'm not a very frequent visitor of Jamba Juice, but when I get the rumblies for it, I go here because it's the closest to my house. I arrived to a very busy store. At first I thought, maybe I should just turn around and go back home, but I saw how quickly the line was moving so I decided to stay. After making it to the front of the line, I was greeted by a lovely young lady named Melany. Since I do not frequently come here, I decided to ask her what sort of drink someone who is looking to live a more healthy lifestyle would get. She promptly recommended a variety of drinks to me, all of which sounded delicious! I decided to go with the Tropical Greens juice. Because I was the last person in line, Melany got right to work on my drink quickly. When she was done, she gave me my drink and asked me to taste it in case I didn't like it and wanted another drink instead. It was actually SO good! I think she convinced me to start coming here more often, so thanks! Very nice, clean store, with friendly and helpful employees. Would recommend to everybody! read more

They just opened it seems, so we'll give them that. But they need to get it together. 1 cashier and 1 person making everything. Cashier kept saying "I'm so out of it" making us repeat our order multiple times. Then pretends that my card was declined. Not funny. Then the girl making the drinks prepares the stations before making anything, and waits until there are 6 drinks to make. Then attempts to make them all at the same time. When working in the hospitality industry it becomes a blessing and a curse to hold high standards of customer service anywhere you go. Stopped by this Jamba Juice recently and noticed the enthusiastic atmosphere of the employees wanting to go the extra mile and actually wanting to be there. This goes to the leadership that runs this location and only wish other locations would follow this lead. Experience was great and shot out to the GM who clearly is leading a great team! read more

Service is horrible, only two people were running the store but one of them was having a break up moment with their partner. She was sitting at the table as the lone cashier took the orders. Crappy customer service and they were SO slow. we waited 25 min for our drinks, which is absolutely ridiculous. The lady at the cashier was NOT helpful and clearly not happy to be there. Not coming here again. No wonder the manager puts her number at the cashier with a sign that says to call her with any complaints. read more

Just left this location & we had a pleasant experience. I went in with my daughter & 3 year old son. Gio took our order & she was able to make a great recommendation for my son. She also kindly handed my rambunctious 3 year old a toy, he was so happy. Gio has awesome customer service skills & is friendly. If I there was an option to give 0 stars, I definitely would give this store no stores after my visit today around 5:45pm on Feb. 17th. I went in to order some smoothies for my family and I, excited to use my Jamba BOGO card, and was shut down at the register by a gentleman named Chris (as it said on his name tag). He gave me a hard time because I wanted to use my BOGO card twice for 4 smoothies but could not use it because I failed to notify him at the beginning of the transaction. I was told "I already did it, you should have told me before" with an attitude, shrugged his shoulders and still did not want to start my transaction all over again so that I can use my card. Therefore, I was not able to use my last two chances of the BOGO card and was only able to use one. THEN I receive my order by a girl named Sam (as it said on her name tag) and was given the wrong size smoothies, along with one smoothie being completely incorrect. Unfortunately, with this store being the closest one to my house, I will no longer decide to visit this Jamba Juice. I hope those two employees do not represent all Jamba Juices because I would be really disappointed if every Jamba Juice had employees with this type of customer service. I did NOT leave satisfied. read more
