Came here opening day and loved it, the staff was super nice and friendly. I love jamba juice and have been back here a few more times since it opened and never had an issue. One day I was craving just a peanut butter smoothie with a lot of peanut butter and they had no problem doing that for me. They are very kind and I enjoy talking to them when I come in. This place keeps getting worse and worse. Came in today to get something and waited as one cashier frantically was having issues with the register. Two people ahead of us both paid with cards. It was our turn and she got on the phone going back and forth with the register. We waited about 10-15 minutes then she comes and says to us "we are only taking cash. Is that an issue?" I wouldn't recommend coming to this place at all! Every time I go there i order the açaí primo bowl and they never have everything that comes with the bowl such as the fruit, or the açaí is melted when it's suppose to be frozen. read more

Honestly I love the employees here they are really nice to me everytime I come in, there is an employee that always takes my order and she always makes sure my smoothies are a good consistency not too thick or too watery I don't really remember her name I believe it's Marisol. They are also new so they make mistakes but they are really quick to fix them. read more

This location is always out of something. The first time I went they were out of strawberries, and it was only 12 in the afternoon. This last time I went they were out of carrots. I do not think a smoothie place should be running out of product that is clearly used in many of their drinks. This location needs new management. I will no longer go to this location. read more

Today was my second time coming here. The first time I came it wasn't a bad experience there was only one employee working and he was very friendly. Today I came back and there was a girl and the same employee from last time. The girl was very rude had no type of customer service attitude. I didn't have my ID for my DEBIT card..told her last time I wasn't asked for it she literally just stared at me didn't even TRY to explain that it's a store policy. Literally just stared at me until I told her I'll just pay cash. I said thank you after she gave me my change and she still said nothing. I saw her give the same annoyed vibe to the people behind me. Came in here a few mins ago for the first time. They were not taking card... CASH ONLY... Had also ran out of strawberries, bananas, and were no longer serving bowls. Initially cashiers had a bit of an attitude but were nicer towards the end and gave us the option of substituting strawberries for another fruit in my drink. Smoothies were good. Might be back. Hopefully next time they will have all the fruits they require to make the smoothies they advertise. read more

I was so excited that a Jamba Juice open near where I live! But this store is bad. The debit machine never works, always out of orange sherbert, customer service is awful and super slow. The big drinks use to be in a big styrofoam cup. Now it's in away ,smaller plastic cup and more expensive... Please explain that one? This store might not make it, if it keep going like this.... It was my first time at this Jamba Juice location and I am so irritated and disappointed on the customer service this store has. First of all, I've never heard of an ID being mandatory when paying with a debit card at JAMBA JUICE! Marisol and Olivia were very rude and not understanding at all when I had mentioned I didn't have my ID with me they said they couldn't do anything about it. They preferred to lose a 6 dollar sale and a customer just because I didn't have an ID with me. Secondly, it was a 6 dollar drink with no alcohol involved why on earth is an ID required? There are NO signs anywhere in the store stating that an ID is mandatory nor did they explain to me their policy into why it was mandatory. I'm very upset with the service.
