The problem with this location is reliability and management. They are frequently closed and unavailable during what is supposed to be open hours. They are constantly out of food items and supplies. Equipment is done or broken. No tap payments and the rewards scanner doesn't always work. Employees and smoothies are good, the issue is it's not always going to be open when it's supposed to be and they won't always be able to offer you what you want due to lack of supplies. Super disappointed in how this place is managed. They left a new person on her own. She gets 5 stars for effort! However, I spent $65 on 9 drinks and they all came out watery. She was trying to get my order done and then there were 5 people waiting so I could tell she was getting overwhelmed. But why would you leave a new person on her own? I was so happy when i heard that there was a new jamba juice opening up in my home town. I hardly am in Perris, but have been to this new location i believe twice. I ordered a smoothie 2 weeks ago and I did a few substitutions And when I got home I looked at my receipt and notice that I was charged for the substitution so I called the manager and she was Nice and said that she will write my name down so the next time I come in I can get a free drink. So today I called to get a free drink and a girl on the fawn asked for my name and said that my name was not on the list so if I wanted to still order.
