The problem with this location is reliability and management. They are frequently closed and unavailable during what is supposed to be open hours. They are constantly out of food items and supplies. Equipment is done or broken. No tap payments and the rewards scanner doesn't always work. Employees and smoothies are good, the issue is it's not always going to be open when it's supposed to be and they won't always be able to offer you what you want due to lack of supplies. Super disappointed in how this place is managed. They left a new person on her own. She gets 5 stars for effort! However, I spent $65 on 9 drinks and they all came out watery. She was trying to get my order done and then there were 5 people waiting so I could tell she was getting overwhelmed. But why would you leave a new person on her own? The $65 I spent went to the trash.. the people I ordered the drinks for don't like the drinks watery and I didn't like how mine turned out. My husbands came out to acidic. Came here a few days ago and got a drink plus one of the breakfast sandwiches. They employee's were super nice. I go to my car to take a bite of my sandwich and is frozen still. So i came back in and let them know it was frozen. They offer me a new one, while I was waiting I saw them. Reheat thd new sandwhich up 4 times! I was so happy when i heard that there was a new jamba juice opening up in my home town. I hardly am in Perris, but have been to this new location i believe twice. I got my usual chunky strawberry bowl. Every time in this particular location they make it all watery and look like they are ripping me off with a little under half the bowl. I ordered a smoothie 2 weeks ago and I did a few substitutions And when I got home I looked at my receipt and notice that I was charged for the substitution so I called the manager and she was Nice and said that she will write my name down so the next time I come in I can get a free drink. So today I called to get a free drink and a girl on the fawn asked for my name and said that my name was not on the list so if I wanted to still order. Came here opening day and loved it, the staff was super nice and friendly. I love jamba juice and have been back here a few more times since it opened and never had an issue.
