We really enjoyed getting ice cream in such a fun way! I knew it was going to be unique but I wasn't expecting it to be so fun and upbeat! My kiddos loved it and were locked in! The ice cream itself was delicious! IMO it needed very little or no toppings bc it was perfect already, but I know my kiddos loved the toppings. My only downside was the price. I know it was great quality of ingredients and such but I didn't know it would be such a premium. I bought 4 cups and it was well over $60 plus tip Don't get me wrong they deserved the tip, the price was just so steep in my opinion. I guess I should have asked for a price beforehand, but the prices were not posted on their stand nor their website. Lastly, the cup sizes are deceiving! My kids ate about half of their ice cream, so they TOTALLY could have shared. I threw away basically 2 orders. All in all, super sweet couple, delicious ice cream, fun experience, splurge treat! read more

Safwat Ghaly what a genius idea. Rolled ice cream. I am not a sweet eater, but could not resist the invitation to see you perform in our Community Room at Joule La Floresta Apts. You did not disappoint. I really feel you should be the final act at the Benihana chain of restaurants. Yes, Safwat you were that good. And surprise, I loved the final product. My friend Tina and I shared two different offerings. The 1) Vanilla, Oreo Cookie and Banana and 2) Vanilla, Oreo Cookie and Peanut Butter. Emjy saw that it was beautifully displayed. Nondairy also available. So stoked. Hope Hilliary, Deanna and Sandra invite you back soon. Yes, Nef I give him a 10 plus rating. And I agree, it does take me back to the old days as we kids stood on the curb waiting for the ICE CREAM MAN!! read more

Did not advertise price! Added tip without asking!! Extremely overpriced for a small cup. My husband said No Nuts and his was ALL nuts!!!!!! Took forever to make ! Apparently you don't understand English enough to get an order correct. Will never patronize this again. If my husband has a reaction to the nuts you will hear further from me. The woman took my credit card out of my hand and tapped your device herself, never showing me the price and thus added the tip herself!!!!!! No receipt. I never would have purchased from you if I saw your prices... not shown anywhere! Also, the man changed gloves without washing his hands between gloves... this could be a health department code violation. The woman is handling credit cards and the ice cream with her hands.. a no no. You need to learn the concept of asepsis. read more

THE best and freshest ice cream. They make the ice cream from scratch right in front of you at your party, wedding or event. I tried Rollito ice cream several times at church festivals, community events and an engagement party. Friendly, fun and creative process and people that you and your guests will enjoy watching. As for the taste, move over Coldstone. You will not want to eat store-bought ice cream again! Family-owned. Sweet and professional couple! read more

Purchased Oreo Strawberry and Biscoff Banana for my kids. The size is large. My 5 year old ate her entire cup. My 3 year old and I shared. It was delicious and really neat to see them make this in front of us. The couple running the stand were patient and provided excellent service. I just wish they had a sign that said the flavors/options for the make your own. Having to guess with kids can really backfire. Also would have been nice to have prices posted. I took off one star for price. I expected it to be pricey but my bill for the two came out to $32. Seemed steep and probably won't be able to do that again. read more

no prices anywhere- they make the rolls for you and you get a surprise at the checkout. $22 for cup of cream and some cookies. rip off. way overcharged and it's was done in a deceitful way. not cool. not recommended. read more

Safwat is so accommodating and very friendly...he didn't charge me a distance fee even though he had to drive farther to work my party. It was such a pleasure working with him and coordinating my kid's first bday party especially with a very strict city that required more proof of documents for him to serve at the venue. His staff was super friendly and service was great. The ice cream was delicious and the toppings were plentiful. Highly recommend booking him for your next party. Thank you for a great experience, Safwat! read more

We enjoyed Rollitos as did our guests at the party. It was easy to setup and the experience itself was wonderful. They did however show up late and I had to follow up with them multiple times which was somewhat of a nuisance when hosting a party. We had set a time for them to come so we could start serving at a specific time and they were close to an hour and a half late which I had to keep following up on and that is not what I wanted to do on the day of the party. When they did show up everyone had a great time and enjoyed the ice cream. read more

Safwat and his wife were so friendly and helpful in guiding our guests to make the perfect ice cream creation. We had to change our start time a few times due to the hot weather and due to dinner caterer's schedule. Communication was excellent - Safwat was quick to respond to all my texts. We surprised my sister for her retirement party. It was definitely the hit of the party!! Tasty and a fun way to get your guests to mingle. Everyone tried to not duplicate, so there was some interesting mixtures that were created that's for sure. Who doesn't like ice cream and creating your very own flavor. Made for a perfect summer evening dessert!! read more

First and foremost, I want to thank Safwat for making my grandson's birthday truly incredible. Thank you so much to Safwat and Angie for going above and beyond during my grandson's event. Safwat and his staff arrived early to set up and serve ice cream on time. Rollito offered a variety of flavors and topping to choose from during the event. They put their heart and soul into every creation and made each special order with love. During our event, we had a power outage but Safwat stayed over an hour to make sure he was able to serve our guests. Out of the kindness of his heart, he went to look for a generator just so our guests of the party can experience his ice cream. All of the kids really enjoyed watching him create the ice cream. It's truly heartwarming when someone prioritizes the success of an event over financial gain. Thank you again Safwat and Angie for your amazing service.
