The first thing I have to mention are las tortillas. Hecho a mano. You can see one hombre making las tortillas a mano. Fresh! Tacos come with only uno, but thats okay. Las tortillas are delicious. I might just stop by again for las tortillas. The tacos alambre were the best. Seasoned just right with the addition of grilled onions and peppers. The taco just melts in your mouth. If you cant make up your mind, you have to try the alambre at least. You wont be disappointed. If you order the carne asada, you could expect carne asada. Nothing spectacular about their carne asada but it is tasty. The al pastor on the other hand was a little too salty. Maybe it was just a bad batch. I will give them the benefit of the doubt and try them again another day. I normally love tacos al pastor, but these were just too salty. Javier doesnt cook his al pastor on el trompo, its cooked on the flat top. If it makes a difference to you. My wife had to have some tacos de tripas. I never touch that stuff.
