Quick review version: Great flavor, but stingy on certain meat and overflowing on other types, salsas are amazing. I placed my order by phone and always order all toppings and salsa on side, not much of an accomadation as I do this so tacos dont get soggy on ride back and like to verify twice by phone as it usually an odd request. Once arrived, there migh have been miscommunication or some mistake as the tacos came fully prepped. I asked to see if it can be adjusted to help with my order, and asked for extra tortillas on side so I can reheat my tacos and not waste food. Thankfully we came to the resolution and were being provided extra tortillas. While waiting for food, more staff came from break or came on shift, with focus on one older lady who was a cook in the kitchen. Turns out the food was thrown away when they took the bag back and only tortillas were being remade. Miscommunication possibly but I appreciate the ethic on keeping food safe as they took back food even though I didn't leave establishment. However, the older lady cook came to question my order to abrasively, asked about what I wanted and cut off the other staff when attempted to explain to her. When I was explaning about side toppings, she attempted in what seemed like trying to teach me an made note to say that I wanted then plain and cut me off to walk away. I was really taken aback by her attitude as she clearly was having a bad day or moment or something, but didnt let anyone speak or explain to her. The servers had noticed her bad temper as they came to apologize and attempted to offer a free drink or dessert, although it is a kind gesture, I explained to them I can understand their position amd respect businesses and would not need it. I can ignore the bad manners, but not the rude gestures. It really put me off and I'll think twice about reordering anytime soon. We debated using the drive-through or coming in, but after sitting in the dining area, we were so happy that we decided to come in. The restaurant feels like a typical Hispanic restaurant. It was really clean and they played a good selection of Mexican music. And the cashier was really nice and spoke Spanish. After he took our order, we waited about 7 minutes and our food was ready. They bring your food to your table and everything was really flavorful and cooked perfectly. They also bring you out fresh bottles of salsa, which is really nice because they're not sitting out all day. I've been here a few times and have loved it until today. I went in to take my family from out of town and I was very disappointed. I ordered 2 picositas and I said light on mayo and it was more than I wanted. I also ordered 2 chicken tacos and it was so salty that I couldn't eat it. We order food for pick up. We ordered 3 asada tortas and a cubana torta and a asada taco. Let's start with the taco, it was fire! So good. The Cuban torta super good, plenty of meat. The asada tortas were really good but they definitely lacked meat and the Panela cheese is too thin. The meat is flavorful but if the torta has more bread and very little meat it is problem. We will try it again just to make sure if that is how it always is. The food is so good but gets 4 stars because of the lack of meat in the carne asada torta. read more

They deleted my google review so I post here. Slow service. I decided to try this place on my lunch break after driving past it several times. Drive thru tortas sounded amazing and convenient. When I pulled up to order, there was no speaker to order from. Instead I had to dial a number while in the drive thru to order. I placed my order at 3:23 and sat in the drive thru behind ONE car until 3:50! My order was for a single drink and torta that came out to $15. I was late returning to work and wasn't able to eat what I ordered due to the slow service. It should not take 30 minutes for such a simple order. I will not be returning after this.
