The service was excellent, real professional, very nice and courteous. I recommend this. read more

Jamba - passionfruit with a shot of wheatgrass - Juice Bars & Smoothies Near Me - Orange, Connecticut

I purchased two smoothies one small and the other smoothie was a medium. When I picked up the smoothies, they were both smalls. The server said that they were the "To go" cups. I have been a customer at this Jamba Juice for years and it appears they have new staff. If "to go" is only available in small plastic cups, then they should only charge for a small. I feel cheated! read more

Very understaffed. Our order took a very long time. Another customer got a refund because she couldn't wait.

I've bought the orange dream machine twice the last couple of weeks and both times they were watery and not creamy like they use to be. I went the second time under the mistaken belief that the 1st bad experience was a fluke , nope the 2nd was bad also. I think management should buy their own product under cover and see what every one is complaining about. The days of the creamy yummy Jamba juice seems to be over read more

I wanted a smoothie that didn't include ice cream or sweetener so i decided to take a 20 minute drive to Jamba Juice. Location is easy to get to, interior is clean, they have lots of seating. Menu is easy to understand. I got a protein berry smoothie with whey added. I am not sure that they use organic fruits (otherwise i would have given 5 stars). It tasted really good. My husband had a kale veggie smoothie with lemon grass. His was really good also. I liked his better but i needed the extra protein in mine, but mine was creamy and delicious. The boy at the counter was very nice and helpful. The drinks were kinda pricy (see pic of receipt) but it was still really good and I would go back. Next time i want to ask more about the organic/or not option. It may change my opinion on how often i get the drink vs making it at home! read more

First time I've ever tried Jamba Juice was in New York and I was in love!!! I got a dream machine smoothie and oatmeal and it was so delicious. I recently got a coupon from T-Mobile Tuesday for money off the smoothie. So I decided to take the 20 minute drive to this location. They close at 2 and I arrived at around 1:10 and was greeted so awful. I said I wanted an açaí bowl and she said they were getting ready to close when it was literally 1 hour away from close!!! So I decided on getting a smoothie instead. That was the worst decision I've made I should've left. I wait 20 minutes for my smoothie and it tastes like a watered down orange slush!!!! Instead of a smoothie it's an icee with a hint of orange. How disgusting. Meanwhile I saw them make smoothie bowls for previous customers that just came a little before me. It's alright I won't ever come to this location again I will wait to take trips to New York to purchase at Jamba Juice read more

The pineapple in the Aloha Pineapple was sooooooooooo sour! I ended up tossing the entire drink - it was unbearable. That's all i could taste. Highly disappointed not having fresh fruit in the smoothie. There also wasn't any thickness to the smoothie. read more

I LOVE JAMBA JUICE! The end. Just kidding, but really i have nothing negative to say about it! When I'm a multimillionaire and have a giant mansion, it will have a Jamba Juice in it. (A girl can dream, right?) All the smoothies are amazing. My personal favorite is the Peach Pleasure. If you are looking to watch calories, you definitely have to be careful what you order so stick to the all fruit smoothies. I also like the new "make it light" option that they have. I like this location because it's convenient and easy to get to. All the girls that work here are very nice and pleasant and make the smoothies fast so you are in and out quickly. read more

Things are back to normal. The ingredients are fresh and they're making the drinks properly. I recommend the yogurt breakfast bowls. They're awesome. read more

This location is awful...worst service ever...ran out of just about ever juice base...took 25 minutes to make 3 drinks...the girl before me ordered a large and got medium amount of juice...if I was the store owner or manager I would be Livid... read more

Really good smoothies, fresh and tasty. The lady at the counter was nice and polite. We definitely need more of these in CT. The pricing is fair too. read more

Jamba - Juice Bars & Smoothies Near Me - Orange, Connecticut

I ordered the orange dream machine and it tasted terrible like the orange juice was fermented. Had to toss the whole drink. I've had other drinks here that were good. read more

I love Jamba Juice but who is managing this store? I'm sure there are some great employees but also several lazy ones. Not friendly and so dirty with garbage overflowing. I felt like going in there to help clean this place up. read more

Its become a bit of a teenager hang out but if you can avoid their traffic ( go before 2) its a pleasant place to enjoy a smoothie or oatmeal. My fav smoothie is the mango a gogo read more

I've never been to a Jamba Juice with shared retail space before (unless at an airport), but I used to live 5 minutes away from my go-to Jamba in Pasadena... and imagine my heartache when I moved to West HARTFORD, CT and there's NO Jamba other than in ORANGE!!! :( I made the loooong journey once to get Jamba b/c I was craving it so bad. The location is relatively easy to find, and there's sufficient parking. I had my usual Strawberries Wild, but since it's more of a kiosky location, I found myself kind of missing the hustle and bustle of a regular retail Jamba with all the blenders going and chatter. I didn't stay to enjoy my smoothie, so I can't comment really on cleanliness, but the service from the young girl was fast and pleasant. I would love if Jamba could open in CENTRAL connecticut, please!!! :) read more

Expensive, but I really like the chocolate peanut butter mooed when I'm in the mood for a treat

Love the variety of options. I felt stuck when trying to choose the right combination of fruits and proteins to make a great shake but that's definitely a great thing. I wish they had more of them around because it is a great spot to catch a quick surge of filling nutrition. Only thing I would say is that it's pricey but for what you're getting in shake you are paying for what you want. I would certainly come back and continue to try their other menu items as I have only gone here a couple of times. The best part is that they are in the same plaza as Brueggars Bagels which always delivers as well. Shake and bagel options. All in one spot! read more

I just have to say, I was served by Peter, and he was just such a nice guy, put a smile on my face. Definitely a great contribution to the jamba team read more

Disappointed with their açaí energy bowl, the only fresh fruit on it is bananas. Costco sells them now at their food court with fresh strawberries and blueberries. And they are not even in the fruit smoothie business? read more

Longtime fan of Jamba Juice since childhood and this is the only one in the area. Glad it's here! Staff have always been helpful and smoothies have been well-made (at least for the 3 times that I've been here so far -- not watery like they are at some locations). read more

My friends and I visited Jamba Juice and loved their smoothies very much. There are tons of options on the menu. Most are very healthy and very delicious. Definitely worth a try if you like healthy juice drinks or if you are just in the mood for a refreshing drink. read more

Total incompetence. Not sure if they are not being managed properly or if they are hiring sub-standard people but this place is a joke and it's a shame. 4 of the last 5 times I've gone there they didn't have something that I wanted to order. Today, it was kale. So I ordered something else and 20 minutes later I got what I ordered because I couldn't get what I wanted. Talking to the kid this morning was like talking to a brick. He forgot to put cut fruit on the customer before me so she had to give it back and ask for it. She looked like she was just as annoyed as I was. I see no one managing these kids. It's a total wing and a prayer. read more

I love Jamba. It's consistent, fair prices, and delicious. But this location has the strangest hours on planet earth, so I just never bother going. Unfortunately, it's the only one close to me. Womp womp. read more

Went at 9:30 this Saturday morning. One employee. Waited 10 minutes in line only to find out they have no orange, lemon, cucumber, Apple, or any other juice- except for carrot! Bag sitting on counter. What good is Jamba without the Juice? They should at least put up a sign so we don't waste our time! This is not the first time limited supplies at this location either. Very sad. Maybe management will take note. read more

I will never come to this location again. Second time I've been here in less than 2 weeks and they're out of carrots! It's a fruit and vegetable smoothie spot but they're out of vegetables?! read more
