Just as delicious as I remember! It's been a while since I've been to a Jamba Juice. I stopped by on a Thursday afternoon around 4pm. There were about 3 people waiting for their drinks and only one person ordering in front of me. The girl at the register was friendly as I ordered my Caribbean Passion. I was in and out it about 5 mins. There's currently a sign on the window that says you can get 1 free kids size with the purchase of a regular size on Mondays. The only thing I get here is their Orange and carrot juice!!! Everything else to me is just too sweet and too thick. Oh, but this place is unlike other jumbo because they got the frozen yogurt. It's not like the red mango, yogurt land, and pinks berry kinda frozen yogurt; it's fresh frozen fruit squeezed together with frozen yogurt bar using a special machine. You gotta try it if you never had this kinda frozen yogurt. After ordering outside of the store we went in to pay and pick up our orders. The music was so loud that that made us repeat our name several times but they didn't think about lowering the volume. After we left I wanted to add on my rewards and realized they didn't give our receipt. Also I don't know how they prepared our razzmatazz but it had a very watery taste and melted super fast. Not sure why all the mediocre stars for this location. It's a pretty busy store considering it's smack dab in the middle of the Outlet. The staff was exceptionally friendly and energetic upon arrival. I ordered a smoothie and 2 oz wheat grass shot. No complaints. Didn't wait too long even though their was a line. This is a great alternative to the other fast food places at the Outlets of Orange. read more

I got a Acai smoothie today. It was a little busy today due to Memorial Weekend sales at the outlets. It took about 5 minutes for the drink to come out. The last time I went to this Jamba, the blender noise level was up and also not fully blended. This time, they changed out the machines and now I got a smoother smoothie and also a more comfortable noise level to enjoy. Am I a juice bar whore if I rave about two competing chains within a 30 minute period? I can't help it- I work at various locations and have a couple of restaurants that totally "wow" me. This Jamba Juice is one of them. The major feat of this place is that regardless of the line snaking across the food court, I always willingly join the herd. There's gotta be some freshman Psychology 101 going on here. Was it Pavlov that talked about the drooling dog and the bell? Yep- that's me. I see Jamba Juice and I immediately start salivating. Robek's got me hooked on the Acai and Jamba Juice helps support the addiction. I go here for the Acai Super Antioxidant maybe once every few weeks. Just like Robek's they ALWAYS seem to remember me and call me by name (which always blows me away because I can barely remember my own name sometimes!) This crew of people is exceptionally motivated and friendly and always in fast-forward- which makes the wait a little less painful when you see how hard they're working to keep up. I love free samples and they always seem to be whipping up a batch of matcha which is maybe why they're always in fast forward. I always walk away from my experience happy and satisfied and feeling kind of good about myself. Maybe Jamba Juice fulfills my need for cheerful interaction before returning to the professionalism of my corporate office gig. It doesn't hurt that their Acai is so good either and that it makes me so damn cheerful. read more

This Jamba Juice used to be my regular place to go to because it is close to my house. Today was a bad experience & I understand that this may just be a one time, but sorry, that's enough for me. My niece and I walked in & my niece ordered a White Gummy Bear. The cashier, Michael, asked my niece if she wanted an extra shot of mango for an extra 50 cents. My niece said "no." Michael then said "come on, it's good." My niece said "no thanks." Michael, then said, "come on, it's only 50 cents and it's healthy." My niece said "fine." I interrupted and told my niece "no, if you don't want it, then don't get it." She said "it's okay, it's only 50 cents." I don't care if it is only 50 cents. She said "no" multiple times and no means no. He made her feel bad to the point where she told herself that she wanted it even though she didn't. Just because we look like we are 10-year-olds, it doesn't mean we are stupid and you can take advantage of us. When she got her drink, she didn't even get the shot that she paid for. My niece asked the girl who gave her the drink if she can get her shot of mango. The girl asked, "oh, you want it?" My niece, confused, said "yes" because DUH, SHE PAID FOR IT. The whole time, Michael just looked over and didn't even bother to tell the girl that my niece had paid for her shot but never got it. After the 3rd time of looking back and forth, while waiting for the shot, the girl finally asked Michael if she paid for a shot. Michael then said "yes, try it." What is that supposed to mean, TRY IT? DUH, SHE PAID FOR IT. That's not all. My niece thought the drink tasted funny, but didn't say anything, so I tasted the drink and thought it was sour and nasty, BUT OH WELL, WE LEFT. Now, AFTER FINISHING THE DRINK, we realized that the White Gummy Bear had mango bits in it. The girl had said she did not put the shot of mango in it. We don't understand what went wrong, but apparently, EVERYTHING went wrong. This Jamba Juice location is almost impossible to reach with the construction going on at the mall that blocks off the parking lot. Once you find the establishment located across from the AMC Theater you'll find small sized, medium location. This location is very popular, full of people but the service is still very fast. I had two smoothies in under three minutes. I ordered the Five Fruit Frenzy (all-fruit smoothie) with strawberries, blueberries, bananas, mango's, peaches, mixed berry juice, peach juice and ice. This is a sweet, smooth blend that you can savor since it doesn't melt fast. My wife ordered the Mango-a-go-go with mango juice passion fruit juice blend, pineapple sherbert, and ice. This smoothie is a little more tart due to the blend and is a little thicker than usual but still a nice taste. $8.20 for both items. read more

Few days prior to coming into this jamba juice, i had gone to the HB location and ordered a Acai smoothie and was vert consistent as always considering texture and thickness, less watery. Coming to the Jamba juice at the Block, these smoothies are all watery. They do not even hit the blender to get all the content out of it. Pours like water, by the time you walk back to the car, its basically acai juice or anything else you order...order the juice instead of wasting more money on supposedly, "ice blended". read more

I have ordered probably 15 Greens and Ginger smoothies from different Jamba juices and they all have tasted the same, except the ones at this location. It's not supposed to taste like a salad. I have ordered three from this place, the first was only half blended so I couldn't get half of it through the straw, and the second two I couldn't taste any fruit. I couldn't taste the ginger either. If they ran out they should have told me instead of just assuming I wouldn't notice. I would have ordered something else if I was aware. Usually I love jamba juice. Usually I would give it 5 stars, they've always impressed me with their super cheery staff and fast service even when they're busy. Unfortunately this location has hired a particularly bratty and rude group of girls. At first I thought that maybe I'd caught them on a bad day. It was really sweltering outside and there were about 15 other people waiting for smoothies. I wanted to give them the benefit of the doubt, but after reading the other reviews I see that everyday is a bad day for these employees. The girl at the register taking orders was completely rude to me. I ordered the 16oz mango a go go. She was staring daggers at me! I asked for the boost that has caffeine in it that's not the free energy boost. She looked at me like I was retarded and then in a super pissy tone said "energy boost?". I said no it's called like G3 or something then she repeated "3G" and I said that was the one and she rang me up with more attitude than I thought possible when buying a smoothie. That's usually when they politely ask for your name but she just stared at me and said "name?" My smoothie was ready in under 10 minutes which I was happy about seeing as the place was so crowded. But as I waited near the blenders watching the exasperated girls making orders I saw one of them complain that another employee had gotten the proportion of ingredients wrong. She said "ugh, why are there 4 scoops in here?" But instead of redoing the order she just blended it and gave it to the customer. I know it was busy but it would have taken 2 seconds to put the right ingredients in the smoothie! They're just lucky smoothies are a pretty forgiving drink. I'm pretty sure they didn't put my boost in my smoothie either because every time I get it some sips are really bitter cause of the caffeine. Also I'm really sensitive to caffeine and I had not the slightest hint of a caffeine buzz. It wouldn't surprise me if they did forget after watching them knowingly screw up another persons order.
