Before leaving, I specifically asked the employee to confirm that everything was included in the order. She assured me there were three bags and that everything was there. I reached out to Blue Bowl and gave them the opportunity to make this right, but they refused to rectify the mistake. Poor customer service is one thing, but failing to take responsibility after being given the chance to resolve the issue is even more disappointing.
