OK. I was going to Jamba consistently for the Nutty Almond Butter bowl but after going to 2 locations one day on the search of it and realizing at this location it had been discontinued. I decided to order here -- I got a regular Açaí bowl (Mind you this was during summer 2021). When I received my order it had no granola or no coconut flakes. I inquired the person about the items and she mentioned they didn't have either. You could see the disappointment in my face because if I would have know i would have not ordered ( I love getting extra granola). she just told me the cashier should have informed me (but they didn't). There wasn't an apology or any attempt at providing a better experience. I was so over it I left upset put the bowl in my freezer until eventually I threw it out. I did not return here.. I found a new açaí bowl location but they open late.. SO two days ago on January 18 2022 I came back. Saw Jamba had new menu items -- but of course when I ordered one of them they didn't have the items necessary to make my order (understandable because shortages). I left empty handed. I wanted to give it a second attempt today and called ahead wondering if they had the ingredients this time? They said, yes and I placed my order. They told me 10 minutes and that was good timing for me. When I arrived the young man looked for my order in the back and in the front, he looked confused. I thought that maybe I called the wrong place and told him that maybe I made the mistake. He was honest and said they just had not made it. He was kind with his words and put me at ease -- I let it go and waited. My bowl was delicious. However I'm here writing because you guys must try to be consistent and have better customer service if you want consistency and loyalty from your customers as well. Do not go to this Jamba Juice location! It took over 10 minutes for me to get my smoothies and it turned out watery. I also noticed they were playing music that wasn't appropriate for children and the employees don't even wear masks during COVID. They're always out of everything like large cups or fruit! I was talking to an employee and she mentioned that every Black person who works there gets fired or doesn't last. How sad is that! Do not buy from this location!! read more

Jamba needs to train their employees right before letting them loose on their customers. Been a jamba customer for years and it's just frustrating that until now their drink quality is very inconsistent. Today I ordered a smoothie with a pea protein boost, which costs a dollar extra. Instead of the thick smoothie I received a drink that tasted like watered down juice and the distinct pea protein taste was completely missing. Also there was plenty of leftover in the mixer and instead of pouring that in a small cup, she just tossed it away. Mind you that I paid for those ingredients that she threw in the trash. If they didn't make good drinks with other staff as well, this would be a one star review. I'm thinking of just quitting jamba after so many encounters like this. So disappointed. read more

Worst customer service. Cashier was rude and not helpful. Came here about 2 hours before closing and almost about half of their menu were out of stock. We tried to use our $3 T-Mobile Tuesday discount and she asked for our phone number and just said it wasn't working. Was excited to try this newer location with my friends because of the proximity to our school and WOW were we pleasantly surprised. We got the vanilla blue sky (which was perfectly thick and blended) and the waffle parfait which was delicious! The waffle was warm and soft and the coconut base was the perfect texture/balance. I frequent Jamba Juices. Like a lot. Never have I waited this long for 2 regular smoothies. The website was having trouble, so I couldn't order through the app. I have been waiting for 15mins for my smoothies, and in the first person to walk in this place. There was a woman ahead of me with 3 smoothies when I first walked in. The crew seemed a bit overwhelmed by her order, because no one could even take my order. There are about 4 employees working and only one making smoothies! I'm apprehensive about coming back to this location. Even though it's my neighborhood Jamba. Step your game up. Covid is no excuse, because the Bixby plaza location is working efficiently. P.s. I have also never been to a Jamba that was out of several different sherbets. read more

Jamba juice made a brave move in coming to this neighborhood and dropping the only healthy food option in my area. I come here for the breakfast bowls which are a good healthy breakfast alternative. As jamba juice the smoothies and fresh juices are good just like all the other local long beach locations. Service is spotty but overall good. Its never crowded and usually pretty quick in getting your order. read more

I came to this Jamba Juice for 3 large orange juices at 7pm when they close at 9pm and the "manager" Ryan said the machine was already cleaned and would not be able to make them for me. Dude c'mon how are you not going to sell me something because you're to lazy to clean the machine and this was coming from the manager how unacceptable. Pretty decent açai bowl (I tried the açai primo bowl) and açai smoothie. Both are pretty good. It's not much sweet. you don't feel putting tones of sugar into your body. It's refreshing and energizing one. It's very similar to the traditional açai bowl from Brazil. I will be back. read more

I come in here all the time, and I can't help but feel like they always give small amount when they serve the açaí bowls. Look at the picture compared to what they show on the menu picture where it is all full. This place is one of the few that just doesn't fill it up. I walked out and the lady that brought the drink back in told me outside that it was her drink she brought in. I would have definitely given this location a bad rating. I ordered online, and my order was automatically put for the following day because I had ordered 30 mins before closing, I was furious. The guy Rafael was a lead covering and didnt do anything to try and help me. The following day the store manager contacted me and tried to help me best he could and was really nice and considerate of the situation. I normally don't leave a review unless the place blows me out of the water or the service or food is terrible. This review is for the service I received tonight 12/19 at 8pm. I walked in and noticed two employees in the back room, both on their phones and one watching what sounds like. a basketball game. I took a minute or two to look for something to order and made my way to the register, still both employees in the back on their phones. I wait a minute and then check the back room again. Neither has moved from their spots or give us any attention both still faced down in their phones. I've now been in the store close to 5 minutes without any interaction with any employees. I decide I'm not giving them my money and walk out. As I'm getting into my car an employee comes out and shuts the door behind me. I ask if they are working right now and I get an attitude and answer of "yup" and the door closed behind the employee. Guess who won't be spending $20-30 a week here anymore. After having lunch i decided to get a healthy smoothie. I came on sunday 2/27 @4pm. The place is clean and well organized. As i walked in, i was greeted with a "welcome" from a positive team. Already the vibe was good, definitely a plus. there was already a small line with people on the side waiting for their order. When i arrived to the front of the line, a young lady with long hair and highlights was very patient and eager to help me, so many good opinions to pick from. She recommended the apples and greens, and it just what i needed. It tasted really good and the consistency was perfect. Its annoying when i get a smoothie and i can't slurp it up with a straw.
