Super short staffed and short on ingredients for the smoothies. Very watered down acai super antioxidant. Not welcoming staff. This will be the last time I go to this Jamba Juice. If anything, visit Lanikai Juice instead. Don't waste your time waiting 20mins for a smoothie, junk customer service and underwhelming tasting smoothie.

The two employees need a customer relations training! They didn't say a damn word from when I walked in

Paid $9 for a drink that tastes more soymilk than matcha... also the two employees need to take a customer relations training! They didn't say anything from the moment I walked in until I walked out. So dissapointing!

Came here with my sister today to get some smoothies. Unfortunately, we were left very disappointed with the service at this location. We ordered an orange dream machine and a green tea matcha blast, both size medium. However, when the drinks came out, the matcha one had a full two inches left of space between the end of the drink and the lid. That space was practically the size difference between buying a medium and small. When we pointed this out, the girl working today re-made the matcha smoothie, but added A LOT of ice and blended it for a shorter time, so the new one tastes like water instead of the normal matcha flavor. I've gotten both drinks from this location in the past and they were perfectly fine before, so I know that is not what the drink is supposed to taste like. I'm very disappointed with the service today, and I am not going to visit this location again in a very long time.

    Strawberry dream & cold buster

I received very polite service yesterday when I went in the morning. Ordered a couple of smoothies and they were made well and pretty quickly! They wrote cute uplifting sayings on the covers that just made my morning!!! Thank you to the three ladies working! I was feeling a little under the weather and their cold buster smoothie always helps me nip it before it gets bad. The store is always clean and tidy when we visit and we love the wall art! The prices have really increased but then again prices everywhere has as well. It helps to join their rewards program.

    poorly fucking made.

melted as soon as i got it and there isn't even enough toppings, comb jamba you already close at 4pm way earlier than other locations and you can't even make the acai bowls properly. this is false advertising

Pretty ridiculous service today. I come to Jamba every day. Literally. Sometimes to Kailua location due to my business being located just up the street. Sadly I'm usually going to another location because of a few factors but today just really did it for me. An employee by the name of Shayla B. Omg. Let me just say that I saw that she was on her own. But I was the only customer at the time of me placing an order. No hello. No Aloha. Just what can I get for you. With an attitude to start. Smh. Then I place my order. I always get an açaí berry bowl with extra honey and banana. They know me. lol. And the bowl $12!!!! It's not my fault that you're short staff. But when someone comes into your work place and you can't get the order correct. Don't get mad at the customer for letting you know that it's not right and how to correct it being that I get this every day. It's your inconsistency on top of your poor attitude for why I'm leaving this location that already only has a 2.5 star rating what I'm leaving. And I'm sorry to do so. But they won't even give me a paper towel to wipe my hands and things while I eat here because they are out of napkins. Smh. I can't make this up.

Totally worth the drive!!…read more It's been over 10 years since I've last been to Cinnamon's Kailua, and WOW have they improved since my last memory. Today, the food and service were exceptional! We were celebrating my daughter's 22nd birthday - holy moly, she's old!!! Haha! I was happy to hear it was Cinnamon's she wanted for this year's Special Meal. Since my son and I were coming from Ewa, I didn't know what to expect as far as parking, wait time, etc, so we arrived super early. From 9am to 10am, there was no wait! The parking lot was also filled with open stalls. Not sure if it was due to the weather, but today was a perfect day to go. Metered stalls are 75 cents per hour, with the max limit of 3 hours ($2.25). The hostess was kind enough to save us a table inside, and instructed me to let her know when the full party arrived since I checked in at 9:30, but my daughter was 20 mins away. I asked if I needed to leave my name, but she assured me that she'd remember me, so just check back in when we're ready. And she wasn't lying! :) Our server Michelle was THEE BEST! She was the perfect match to the Cinnamon's experience: local, fun, and full of smiles! Not only did she manage her section like a pro, but she also got our special requests filled and provided perfect, timely table service. Thanks Michelle! Here's what we got today: - Special: Chocolate Mac Nut Haupia Pancakes - Single Pancake w/Haupia Sauce - Classic Eggs Benedict - Crab Cake Eggs Benedict - Kalbi Moco w/Fried Rice - Meat & Eggs Breakfast w/Red Velvet Pancakes Everything was delicious! The chocolate pancake special tasted amazing.. super addictive too. Only thing we had to comment on was that they were fluffy... but maybe a little TOO fluffy. Each pierce of the fork caused it to crumble so we had to manage eating them by scooping it with the fork. It was a chore and some fell on the table as a result (sad face) - I'd still order them again tho! Surprisingly, I ate all of my crab bene. It's bulking season, don't judge lol jk..... really tho, it was seasoned to perfection every bite of the way, I just couldn't stop! My kids also agreed that everything was seasoned and flavored perfectly today. No complaints at all! Surely, this is one for the books! Thanks Cinnamon's and Michelle for making today extra yummy and special. Can't wait to go back! :)

While family got Coffee refills, I vaguely remember Water refills and more important was my Drink (Raspberry Iced Tea) even though it was a Big cup, no one checked if I wanted more. (I would have taken 1/2 glass full towards the end or topped off depending when they asked.) 2nd time here, if it wasn't a family outing and good time the first time, I would only return if the fam wants to come here again for Brunch/Lunch after we pay our respects to family at Valley of the Temple the nearby Cemetery.

Apparently, they've been in business for 12 years or so...not familiar with Waimanalo in any way. They have a decent looking acai bowl menu so I tried one on both occasions. The acai bowl can be a bit hackneyed but the menu caught my eye. They offer 16 and 24 ounce options. Makapu'u Bowl and Mana Bowl both have an acai sorbet base. The former features Okinawan sweet potato and haupia; the latter, coconut chia parfait and blueberries. They both had bananas and hemp granola...a standout. Both really were fantastic. I had a Caramel Macchiato by accident. I ordered a macchiato - which by their menu description was a traditional macchiato. But I went with it and the Caramel Macchiato ( by Starbucks definition) was actually quite good. Also, had a special drink menu item...near the POS...Iced Brown Sugar Latte.
