I decided to grab a fruit-and-veggie smoothie for lunch to be on the healthier side today and what a bust! I got a carrot orange mango smoothie... I was only customer there and it was done really quickly. It wasn't very thick and the worker didn't fill the cup to the top even though there was a lot more in the blender... hmmm... As I was drinking it, chunks of mango would get stuck in my straw. The smoothie itself was watery and didn't have a smoothie consistency. I go to Jamba Juice pretty often especially during the Spring and Summer when it starts to get hot in Southern California, but this is the location I most frequent. It's your typical Jamba Juice, I wouldn't say they are horrible or go above and beyond. They do what they are supposed to and I haven't had any bad experiences here in regards to customer service or the actual order. This location can get busy because it is located in a very busy plaza, but the times I've come the wait isn't that long at all. I stopped by today around 9:30am on a Saturday and wait was 5-10 minutes from when I came in to picking up my order. An order of a Surf Rider smoothie w/ energy boost or an Acai Primo Bowl w/ extra honey + coconut shavings are my go-to for sure, I rarely try anything new. When I have a hangover or just feel under the weather, a smoothie seems to perk me up. read more

It would be nice if they finished construction so that you could actually see the shop from the street, but the signs are still up, so it isn't too hard to find, just just have to get out of your car to see of they are still open. Beyond that, it is a small Jamba Jiuce. They all serve the same stuff, so if you have been to one, you have been to all of them (pretty much). What knocks this location down a peg is that there is no where to sit inside. Sure, it is small, but at least benches along the wall would be nice. As it was, I ended up slumped against the wall while waiting for my order. A small price to pay (and who knows, maybe I saved the store from a collapsing wall), but an easy and inexpensive fix as well. read more

Horrendous service. I came in for a pickup order and was not acknowledged whatsoever for a few mins while standing in the middle of the store in a bright yellow shirt. there were only 2 other people in the lobby who had already been helped standing near the corners. It was very obvious I needed to be helped and the male employee working looked up at me multiple times without acknowledging me despite me nodding my head twice when we made eye contact. The other female employee came out from the back and asked the guy in the corner of the store if he had ordered already and he even pointed at me trying to let the employees that I was the one that needed help but she just walked away. I just stood in the middle of the store baffled. I hadn't been on my phone the entire time or anything, just standing there like a ghost. After the two others customers in the store got their orders after a few mins the male employee finally felt he was ready to acknowledge me. These 2 employees today working the morning shift should be retrained on their service skills to at least greet their guests and make them feel welcome. This is my favorite location. It's clean and organized and they are very helpful when you want to modify the drinks. I keep going back to this juice place since they are happy to customize the order to what you want. It's easy to differentiate between the smoothies as opossed to the other juice places that use the same 3 ingredients in the entire menu. The juices are always really good too. read more

This locations downfall is that they have a very very small waiting area with no seats. It would be fine, but if you order an acai bowl they do take a while so it can get very cramped in there and there isn't outside room currently with the construction! It's a super popular place for the high schoolers so plan your trips wisely if you are in a rush! They make super yummy smoothies and bowls! TIP-- Join their rewards program! I love getting free boosts/add ins to my smoothies! Sometimes even free drink upgrades. All it takes is your phone number :) I recommend trying their Polar Pineapple mmmmm. read more

Very fast and quick service. Drink was delicious as always everytime i go to jamba. Store was pretty small but i don't think it's necessarily a bad thing. They have a couple of tables outside i believe that you can sit in front but i'm not sure. read more

I arrived yesterday afternoon to order 13 smoothies for my sons baseball team. The staff there was helpful and accommodating. They packaged everything nicely so that I could carry them to my car. Jamba Juice is awesome but not their customer service. Their worker named Laith has a very poor working attitude... Experience matters a lot to me and this is my first time to this Jamba location. It isn't the first location where I had received poor customer service. @Corporate, you guys should arrange a customer service training program. Not coming back to this location. Went today around 2pm and I ordered my regular smoothie I always get and for some reason it was not as thick as it should be,it was super runny and it was like I was having a glass of orange juice instead of the nice thick consistency it normally is. I hope the manager can fix this issue with his employee Codie she was the who filled up my cup and gave me my drink. read more

This Jamba Juice usually makes great drinks and the service is decent, but the service today was lacking. Specifically from the worker "Grace" who was super lazy. Paid for the drink with credit card and asked if I could get my rewards scanned. This has happened to me before but the worker would always graciously let me scan my rewards. When I asked Grace, she said nope too late. Then proceeded to ask for the next customer. Do some work for once in ur life! read more

5 stars to the Asian guy working today July 17th at 5:45PM. I just ordered a medium size banana berry and WOW OH WOW....does it taste great! It's the PERFECT consistency and the taste is apparent and creamy. GIVE THIS GUY A RAISE OR SOMETHING. He actually knows how to make drinks. New Jamba Juice located in the Trader Joe's plaza off Culver. Love it that it is close to my house. Parking lot is small but I haven't had a problem finding a spot the times I have come. Only once did they not mix up my smoothie long enough, which I then mentioned the next time around and they always made sure that my smoothies were well mixed with no chunks of fruits. I ordered a medium sized Caribbean Passion, but was angered to find that there were small pieces of some fruit seed in my drink. By that time, I had already driven off somewhere so I could not go back. I wasted $6 and I have never had this problem at other locations. Make sure to try your drink at the location and ask them to fix it if there are seeds. read more
