Went in right before closing. Went in for a quick Jamba nd maybe a snack. I got a pb and banana. I tasted g Just as I was expecting, good. The two girls behind the counter were really nice with kind smiles! The atmosphere was empty and the fridge was empty except for a few waters. Also no snacks to buy. I'm chalking that up because it was closing? The parking situation was congested because of a nearby restaurant eatery. If I am in the area again, I'll stop by! read more

Went in on Monday afternoon to grab a watermelon breeze. It was real chill inside and I noticed only two employees working. They had positive attitudes. Was able to order online with no problems and catch the $5 promo or special. My drink was already prepared when I arrived. And it was good. Well needed. read more

Horrible service. The girls were very useless and I called 5 times and they ignored my calls. When I got to the store and called while being in line they ignored the call and I confronted the cashier and she said she was busy along with her coworker however when I got there they were both on there phones laughing. This is a peace of shit place. Horrible experience. And they still got my order wrong. I'm allergic to blueberries and I told her that and she still gave me blueberries in my acai bowl. read more

Horrible experience...... this is my second time coming to this place and the experience is terrible...no wonder this place is empty. Specially with this person Charlene, spent almost $50 dollars here, and I asked her if she can please give me a solid 5bill instead of singles bills. She said they can't do that!!!! I said what??? I'm not here asking to break my 20 bill, I'm here pushing, she said no.... This was so stupid. Never coming here again read more

I went by today because I had a bogo coupon in my Jamba Juice app that I wanted to use. I ordered the peanut butter moo'd for myself and a greens and ginger for my girlfriend. The peanut butter moo'd is my go to. It tastes like a Reese peanut butter cup. I'm not to big of a fan of the greens and ginger, but my girlfriend loves it. The staff was friendly and helpful. The store was clean and tiddy. read more

Cake at 10:30 AM for oatmeal since people tend to eat that in the morning I think at least and they said won't be ready for another couple hours. What's the point of offering oatmeal if can't buy it in the morning. Was not allowed to use restroom either that's against health codes too. Won't be coming back. read more

I hate this location! I hate it soooo bad!!! They suck at making drinks and their customer service is the lowest of the low. They don't know anything! Can't help with anything. Always closing early! Preventing people from ordering properly. forcing people to use a credit card when we have cash because they wanna go home early. They don't apologize or anything. I sent my mom to get me a drink because I'm extremely sick! She has my two year old with her because I can't be around him! I begggeddddddd to pay with cash. Tried to order over the app. Everything. They say registers auto close without being counted or them doing anything at 730!!! Why are you open?!!!!! My mother came out with my baby!!! I offered to come tomorrow and pay!!! I tried everything and all she can say is. Card only. Card only. Like she can't even speak in full sentences! No customer service! No kindness! Nothing! This location sucks! read more

In the past 2 weeks I've visited the store maybe about 3 or 4 times in all occasions I've been told that they are out of fresh produce to make fresh juices. I don't understand how this is a reoccurent problem. Is it not Jamba Juice? I'm starting to wonder if the employees are just being lazy and don't want don't want to make the juices so that they don't know how to clean the machine's. This is just ridiculous on top of that they make really watery smoothies ray smoothies which is sad because smoothies are not cheap and this is a quality of product that we customers receive. As for a service it's not that great but it's not completely terrible like their smoothies. Today when I visited your location I was told that there was know fresh produce to make a cucumber cooler but what I thought was weird was that the guy taking the order Antonio turned around and looked at the guy behind him and then the guy was just like oh yeah we don't have anything...odd...lazy... read more

I am writing this review based on a recent incident that took place with my family at this Location today at approximately 3:30 pm . I am extremely disappointed with how we were treated . I decided to actually introduce the new online feature to my family so I ordered our drinks online . In the comment section I asked for spinach to be added to the last drink . We sat as a family and did it together so I know for a fact I typed out add spinach to the last order. So we take a family bike ride to the neighborhood Jamba Juice and it went completely downhill from there. We noticed the drink didn't have spinach in it . So now a simple mobile order has turned into nothing fast and speedy . When asking about the special addition it turned into a who's right and we are wrong thing . We were asked to pull up our order , show proof where it was left , then the manager was called where she came with a horrible sarcastic tone . Instead of suggesting we could pay and fix the issue.. like how much is it going to hurt to add spinach to a drink . I brought 3 drinks already, so would it really have hurt to add spinach and make the experience positive. Carla could have even stated how much extra it would have been to add spinach but instead she kept expressing how it must have been something wrong I did in the app . Really is it that deep . As a customer I should not feel like I'm trying to get over on a 1.00 customized addition. That's exactly how we left feeling . Not to mention a simple pick up order turned into a interrogation. read more

The worst Jamba Juice!!!! They always low on stock for any juice you ask. Yes I blame lazy employees how can they always run out of ingredients. Yet you go next block where they also do juices and they have all the ingredients. So is not about shortage is just them being lazy read more

The employees are nice and friendly, quick service, and good drinks. I love the cheddar tomato twist (2.69$) It tastes like pizza ! And I only gave it three stars for when this particular employee isn't working. One of the guys working here is quite rude and doesn't make my smoothies good nor warms the pretzels to the right temp.
