Pretty standard Jamba joint from a product standpoint. Was not a fan of the physical location. There is NO inside seating - just some small standing areas while waiting for drinks to come out. I think there is room for improvement inside. The outside patio is fairly large, but also oddly set up and has mismatched furniture. Rude, rude, rude. Server's name was Leila. She was rude when taking my order so I was rude too. Gave her a dose of her own medicine. Cancelled my order because she kept glancing at me and gave me a MEAN look like she was ready to attack me. She made me feel uncomfortable so I cancelled my order, my kids were with me. When I approached her and asked that I want to cancel my order she called someone else to help me ( I think she called the manager) then she left the register and went to the back. I heard loud sounds like she was throwing stuff. I felt threatened. She does not have the best attributes when dealing with customers. Every time I come to this location it's always dirty and even tho they are always well staffed there is usually only one person at the register and one person making the drinks and one person who is either talking to customers or attempting to clean the messy store. I go to this location quite often and find that 5 out of 10 of my visits are usually not too bad. However, yesterday morning I ordered food for the first time, a spinach wrap of some sort that needed to be heated. First, the service was really slow even though there were only 2 other customers and 3 employees at that time. After getting my food and drink, I left for work only to find that my wrap, though heated on the outside, was completely frozen on the inside. It's just frustrating to have to wait for so long to get your order while the workers are talking to each other and then discover that there is a block of ice inside my food. UGH! read more

I've never been so disappointed with a Jamba Juice in my life! My drink was fine. The service! The service was just awful! I went in with my son who was sleeping to pick up a drink for me and my friend. I was in line to order. I got to the cashier and the cashier told me to hold and he'll be right there. Yeah, probably shouldn't stop and do something else while there is a long line for people to place orders. I waited 3 minutes for him to do his other task. I finally ordered my drink. I found out I had a reward to use on my account. I asked to use it. The guy seemed annoyed. I now know why! He didn't know how to use the codes/rewards. He had to ask someone else to help him. No biggy. I finally was waiting for my drink. I seriously waited more than 10 minutes and had to text my friend to tell her I was still waiting! This spot is a hit or miss. My last Apple 'n Greens was not blended well enough to drink out of a straw and had little pebbles of rocks in it. How TF does my smoothie have little pebbles in it?! The cashier said, it wasn't blended enough BUT, I showed her the 5 little rock pebbles that almost chipped my tooth and at the bottom of the cup had more. Ugh. I will never come here again! Thought a smoothie would be a nice reward for a workout, but this made my blood boil. There were a lot of people in this place, but only 2 people in front of me in line. Everyone else was waiting for their orders. They only had one guy making the smoothies and he was SO slow. Another girl would occasionally come over and help him turn on the blenders, but then she wandered off to clean off some carrot pieces from the counter behind the juicer. I love Jamba Juice. I'll take this over any type of drink. I'd often prefer meeting over a Jamba Juice rather than coffee or drinks. It just provides a more relaxing atmosphere versus coffee shops or bars. I feel like I'm doing something good for my body by ingesting these fruity blended concoctions. This love for the sweet icy nectars that they prepare comes at a cost though. Having one is like using up half your lunch money. It adds up if you did it daily. Literally the worst Jamba Juice I have ever been too. They constantly mess up my order and always take longer than any other store to make it. They need some serious help and need to revamp this store. The other day I came in there were no customers and they had 9 workers working. Yet it took 10 minutes for my drink and they messed it up. I never give bad reviews. This is my 1st bad review. When it comes to drinks and food and dirty people that's crossing the line. I didn't get her name but she's white with braces. She was liking her fingers and I did not see her wash her hands. When you have braces you have more germs in your mouth bc of the metal. And when I got my drink the cup was dirty I asked for it to be clean, her response was "is there no napkins there" and there wasn't any so she just gave me the napkins so I can clean it myself. Oh and I hope you guys read this. Next time you want to talk shit about a customer make sure they leave 1st. If I can give this location half a star I definitely will. This location does not deserve to receive one whole star. I bought two drinks (Apple & green and a strawberry whirl) and they were horrible. The drinks were not well blended. I got the same drinks from a different location in union city and they were deliciously blended together so I know how they are supposed to be made. The mowry location made them so bad that there were still huge chunks in both drink that can't even be stuck through the straw. It's a busy place, I gave 4 stars because they don't have updated signs. Once I tried to order a tea infusion but was told they don't have any at all..but the sign and price was up there?! Well it's Jamba Juice, and they're all pretty much the same. The one thing that I noticed about this location is that its pretty small and can get cramped, if there're many people in line. At this Jamba Juice, I ordered an Original Orange Dream Machine, which I loved. Before trying this flavor, I tried others like Caribbean Passion, Mango-A-Go-Go, and Strawberries Wild.
