Moved to the area and came in a couple times for juices. If you're a juice person like me then you'll understand when I say they are "base" based in their juices. Aka the thing in the juice that provides more juice is the only thing you taste, no real taste of anything else. Great staff, except one who while giving me my drink told me to tell her if anything was wrong with it, which already put a bad taste in my mouth. I was told this is a location where they train new employees. It's evident when they messed up my smoothie bowl. They forgot the peanut butter and skimped on the granola, the best part of the bowl. They cost over $7 so I expect them to get it right. I understand employees need to be trained but they need to make sure quality doesn't suffer. read more

The 1 start says it all,Today I went in for a few drinks. As I approached the counter the manager ( NO NAME TAG) said the following. "Its going to be a 15 - to 20 min wait for drinks", mind I wasn't even face to face to her as she was yelling ut across the room. I waited up at the front thinking 15 minutes or so wont hurt but are you serious ??? What drinks business makes me wait 15 to 20 min there were about 4 people waiting for their drinks and by the looks of their faces they were pretty annoyed about the situation but just like me waited. As I waited up front a gentleman is behind me waiting also the manager then sees him and tells him the same and that if we are ready to order. But she never approached us at all after she said that. That really pissed me off because she didn't even take the initiative to assist us. The gentleman walks out and that when I tell the girl upfront next to a register that if anyone is going to take me drink because I have been waiting to be helped for over 5 minutes and everyone is making drinks. You can start my order and proceed with the drinks. Ontop of that she aggressively with a very unfortunate tone of voice and body language takes my order. No customer service skills no respect and no smile just plain rude. I told her I need to speak to the manager and the manager comes forward and says " so what do you need? That instant response from her towards me really upset me because as a manager you don't speak to someone like that first and for all. She had the same rude attitude as the employee stating that she's traing all the staff that was there. And I told her I understand ( rolls her eyes) and I told her she needs to make sure her staff is well trained and she just didn't care to hear what I had to say. The stuff they offer here used to be great, however they're new faces here are not quite as welcoming and friendly as they used to be. The other day I arrived at 6:30 am and they open at 6 am. The girl heard me trying to open door and then she left to the back. I thought she was gonna come open the door but nothing and I know she heard me and even saw me. I left. Today I called over the phone to place an order for an oatmeal and a girl told me that they no longer take phone orders only online orders or in store orders. Okay that's fine, but when I arrived, I ordered the oatmeal and the same girl who answered phone told me that they are out. I told her it would of been nice if she would of told me over the phone. She said sorry but not sincere at all. I just left because this wasn't the first time with this careless treatment there. I used to love Jamba Juice and this place used to be great but this girl and others like her are gonna bring it down unfortunately. Not to mention, the place is starting to look a little run down and empty. BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE. TWICE THIS WEEK IN THE EARLY MORNING. I went to this JJ after a hike and right before I got my drink, the machines went down because of a blown fuse. Apparently, it was the first time they've seen it happen, and they were going to give everyone vouchers for a free smoothie, but just as we were about to get the voucher, the machines started up again. So I got my smoothie and it was awesome per usual. I loved the customer service; they were quick to fix the fuse problem and handled the situation well. read more

My smoothie and service were great, however this place needs to invest in itself. Upon walking in I noticed how hot it was inside. It was about 9am and the sun was blaring through the windows. It was miserable in there. Invest in some sun shades. I went to starbucks next door to relax because this place was unbearable. It did not feel like the A/C was on at all. As for the bathroom, good god. It smells funny in there and looks very dirty. This is probably the third time I have used the restroom and the soap was broken or non existent. Yummy juices and a great selection of breakfast items as well. The food items are little on the pricier side when compared with the serving sizes. The drinks I buy here have always been good. Today I overheard the employee at the register say out loud, "he would never pay for that!" He was talking about the wheat grass they have to blend and put in a 1 or 2-ounce cup. Not only is it rude to say that in front of the customer, but also as she is taking the shot he is looking at her with disgust. That guy should be taught employee to customer etiquette. I crave the new acai bowls here. They are so delicious! The staff are friendly and have graciously offered to add more of something when I asked for no almonds. I felt like my special request was absolutely no problem for them. Most recently I tried the acai juice substitute instead of soy milk. So good! They have some many accommodations for dietary restrictions. These new bowls have caught my attention! read more

I asked for it to be filled...she did a re-do and the same thing happened. I commented again and she just thought I was making a joke. This location is very convenient, just off the 15 at Valley Parkway. EZ on and off. I frequent this location at least twice a week. The team is very friendly and greets the regulars by name - Love that!! I'm not into soy, yoghurt, oatmeal or kale, but I truly enjoy the classics, like Razzmatazz. My daughter and I went to The Jamba on Auto Parkway in Escondido a couple of days ago. The first thing we noticed was that it was extremely warm in the store and it smelled of rotten fruit. We didn't think anything of it at first. My daughter ordered her drink and while we waited we looked around and noticed that the store was not as clean as we remembered it. The floors were filthy and the walls were kind of dingy, with what looked like old tape marks. I went to use the restroom and it too was not clean. I thought maybe it was just because there were just two of them and they hadn't had a chance to clean, but it was not nice. We will not be going to this Jamba again. read more
