Love this Jamba Juice location. The staff are great, the smoothies are great, and the majority of the time your in and out of there within minutes. The whirls are pretty good and I do want to come back to try those $1 oatmeals as my old one didn't have as much as here. I seemed to have come at an unlucky time where a new girl was being trained. I got almonds and pecans instead of the granola I ordered. The nuts were just scrapped off (with some left over and still in my order) and replaced with granola. Good thing I'm not allergic to nuts! That would've been a mess. Should probably be fixed incase someone is actually allergic or that can turn into some big trouble. read more

I always visit this location since it's in close proximity to my job but today may have made me find another location. The cashier had a glove on while handling the money and taking orders and then began preparing orders using this same gloved hand without changing the glove. Another employee that was doing stock work came to prepare my oatmeal. I don't recall seeing her wash her hands but I'm unsure. She began preparing my oatmeal with no gloves and she had a band-aid on her finger. I whispered to her after she finished and she just seemed so nonchalant. I cannot understand how you cannot think to wear gloves with a band-aid on your finger around food. I doubt I'll return to this location in the future. read more

Used to come here pretty often but the red haired girl at the register was really rude today and turned me off. Straight up asked me "What do you want?". Then asked me, "Anything else!?". Snatched the money from me and then told the person making my drink to use less materials because the whey protein fluffs the drink up. On the weekdays around 8am usually low foot traffic except Fridays. The morning staff makes all of our drinks perfect. Night or weekend staff not so much. 3 out of 5 times we have to ask for a remake. Too watery is usually the problem. Bland tasting too. read more

No... what??! I've been to plenty of other Jamba Juice shops but this one simply does not compare with the reliability and quality of the rest. Straight up, HR needs to give their employees a little more training and discipline because they don't seem to know how to make smoothies properly (I mean all you gotta do is put shit in a blender and press some doo-dads and button-switches to make 'er work!). My first time here I ordered a green tea smoothie, only to find that there was a fly at the top of my drink, clearly seen under the lid. I trekked back from my car in the parking lot, back into their little cramped shop, and addressed the problem. They apologized and with decent service they decided to upsize my drink when they remade it. 10/10 for that experience. However, a couple weeks after, our club at school decided to run a fundraiser with this particular Jamba shop. To everyone's surprise, they decided to flake on the scheduled date and time for when to bring the Jamba product, and when we called them (which by the way, took 20 minutes because their phone line was busy), only to find that they had some "huge corporate meeting" that they didn't even tell us about?? What kind of shit management is this, Jamba?! Anyways, a couple more weeks after that, I was craving some Jamba and this was the closest location so.... why not. I ordered an Acai Antioxidant Power smoothie. Medium size. Dear God please have mercy on these poor workers! The "antioxidant" shit they claim to put in the smoothie didn't have to be so visually explicit in my drink! Literally, when I got to the bottom of the cup, there was a bunch of brown shit that tasted of cardboard and wasn't properly blended into the drink itself. Second of all, this "acai" smoothie tasted nothing like the one I ordered from another Jamba location days ago! Consistency is key, Jamba. I hope you learn and improve upon these mistakes because I really love the drinks, but your service sucks! I'll be going for a 7-day juice cleanse from my local juice bar, if you need me, I'll be busy getting better customer service. *raspberry* read more

This location is pretty good. I mean, its not hard to screw up a recipe thats the same in every single franchise. Used to come here every Monday and Wednesday mostly for the SUPER HOT blonde chick (who by the looks of it was a lead). Not impressed with some of the staff here. Casey looked like she wanted to be anywhere else but work. I've never been to a Jamba Juice and told I could not pay with a large bill on a $25+ purchase so Casey just stared at me waiting to figure out what to do or how to pay since I did not want to use the debit card. Joey was much more energetic and pleasurable to talk to. The drinks were made correctly and the oatmeal was good to go. When I visit SoCal again I don't think I'll be heading in this direction for Jamba Juice again..... There are plenty of them in other locations around here. read more

This is the worst Jamba Juice I have ever been to. I've come here several times and every time it takes forever to get your order. I don't even know why we come here other than the fact that it seems convenient being next to Costco. My kid went into Jamba Juice today, September 18, well I went into panda express to order food. I got my to go food and have been sitting in the car for the last 25 minutes. So including the time that I spent getting food, it's going to be over 30 minutes to get a small sized Jamba Juice. Just dropped by today to see if they have carrot juice - they still do. Unlike previous visits things had improved but only somewhat. They had carrots, AND the help uses plastic gloves to handle the vegetables they grind.. BUT they ONLY use them on one hand! I found that ODD. Then they got so busy ( they always are) that when they pulled one off they laid it down and it was promptly reused by a DIFFERENT worker on a different order. I called em on this but it fell on deaf ears. They NEED to use plastic gloves on BOTH hands to grind juice and not use the same ones with DIFFERENT workers. One of the workers had a dirty shirt PLUS a rash on his arms AND there was NO soap in the bathroom either! Where do they wash their hands? Yes we noted this and were almost ignored. They were busy with rebooting the store cash register computers.. we eventually got the juice but the wife said she would NOT drink it because of the not acceptable way they used the gloves for grinding. We just paid for it and chalked it up to our NOT speaking up quickly or just walking out when we saw what was going on. We will not be going back.. read more

Quick polite service and my go-to Jamba Juice in the OC. Only minor (and also a complaint that can't be changed) is that the space is a bit small vertically, so you're basically blocking the door if there are more than a few people in line. It is usually a slight inconvenience for me because I come on the BOGO days, so I do block the door. Womp womp...first world problems. read more

I like coming to this Jamba Juice just because I don't ever have a problem here. The customer service is great and they are very attentive and always get my order right even when I order from the secret menu. This location is a bit smaller than other Jamba Juice locations so there isn't much space to stand or sit when it is crowded or when its BOGO time. It's is located in the Costco center so it's pretty convenient if you are making a trip to Costco anyways. There's also a Panda Express, Golden Spoon, Verizon, Nail Salon, and Hawaiian restaurant in that same corner. Red Robins is on the other side of the center. read more

This place always has friendly staff. The only thing is that they take a bit for orders, so I usually just call ahead and then head over in like 10 to 15 min for my takeout order. I love love love this Jamba Juice. It's my favorite in the OC for sure. I go in every morning on the way to work which is now 3 days a week. They have seen me every week day (unless I'm working from home) for over a year now. Qua is usually there in the morning or manager Amanda. Both are super friendly and make sure I am taken care of. I order a variety of smoothies all made very well and taste good. I've never had a problem substituting one thing (like I don't like banana's) for something else (I do like mango) in any smoothie. I have never had my order messed up in all the times I've went there, which I cannot say the same for other Jamba Juice's in the area. read more

We've patronised this venue almost every week all summer, and typically, i when it's really busy in the mornings and we still get what we order and service with a smile, we leave a 20% tip. The last time we were there, our bill came to $12.07. We were not offered the receipt, but we didn't think twice about it because we'd never had a problem before, with any of the Jamba Juices. My Visa was charge $13.07. No, I am not disputing a lousy buck. But I'm not likely to go back anymore either. read more

So I gave this place a second chance today and the staff was rude yelling hi to me until I acknowledge her, I was on a business call and it's not like there was any other customers waiting and if there were I would have gladly let them go first. Anyways when I came out with my smoothly and a bowl for my fiancé both were super chunky and didn't taste right so we threw them away. Never recommending this one I will walk the 5mins through downtown Disney before I go back there. read more
