I can't say whether it was human error or a bunk blender but my smoothie wasn't completely blended. It had big chunks of ice and banana, and I "bit" into a solid clump of soy protein boost which was extremely unpleasant. They need to check the machines, or train employees to quality check the drinks before handing them to the customer. It's easy to see the chunks if someone is paying attention, and easy to blend a little longer if needed. Just one more minute in the blender and I'd be a happy customer. I might go back one more time but if I have to chew my smoothie again, it will be the last time I visit. Sorry :( At least the staff were friendly, thank you! read more

I can not begin to express my disgust with this Jamba Juice. I went I. And there several people looking annoyed waiting ahead of me. I ordered two smoothies. The service was painfully slow. I noticed that Mika, the employee was making a good amount more smoothie than would fit in the cups and then not even filling the cups. People had been waiting so long they didn't bother saying anything. When Mika handed me my sons child's smoothie I noticed there was at least a half cup extra. I asked if he was throwing away the extra. He said yes. I asked if we could just have it then and his response was he wasn't allowed to give the extra to customers. That is the policy at Jamba Juice. Throw away good food rather than give it to their customers. There are so many without food yet Jamba Juice it tossing it in the trash. I witnessed Mika toss at least 4 cups of extra smoothie as I waited. All of the employees had sour expressions and looked so unhappy. This is terrible customer service and policy. read more

If I could give no stars I would. If you want to get horrible service come here. I'm not feeling well and drove 20 minutes to this location because of it hours and I wanted a cold juice with zinc because my throat hurts. I have 2 debuts cards and 2 credit none have chips because these haven't expired. The young lady claiming to be the manager behind the counter had the worst attitude in the delivery of their store not taking Chip-less cards. Maybe because I came in 5 minutes b4 closing but I felt unwelcome and felt rushed horrible customer service. I mean this girl was horrible. I work In customer service you should never talk down to or talk at your customers. People tend to treat me the way I look. I'm 35 and look 22. So people treat me as such. Yesenia is by far the worst!!! Has no customer service skills at all. I ordered a large smoothie and paid extra to make it thick but she only gives me a medium in a large cup with lots of room left. Why are all businesses connected with southbay pavillion disappointing in customer service. Came in to store no hello or acknowledgment that i was standing in line. My hubby and i passed by the area and decided to grab some fruits smoothies. Found this place on yelp and I swear to God, this is the worst Jamba juice that I have ever been to. I was not a native American so English is my second language. The juice maker (the darker skin one) was so sloth and most of the drinks he made wasn't even close to the lids (inches away from the lids). I'm not being demanding but when u r paying for certain amount of money for something, you expected you got what you paid for, right. I tried telling him about that in a nice manner, he teased me by keep asking "what you are talking about? You got to tell me what you want. " I knew I don't speak PERFECT English but I'm not the one who doesn't freaking know English. I didn't wanna continue the conversation but he just kept asking in order to embarrassing me. 7/28/18 940am. No one is waiting at the register. I walk in and stand in front of the 1st register. Staff looks at me doesn't acknowledge me. I figured they were busy. Another customer walks in and stands in front of the 2nd register. Christina (at least that's what the receipt says because her name tag is hidden) goes and helps the customer that just walked in. If it weren't for the customer that told her I was there first, she would have totally ignored me. Didn't apologize or anything. No sense of customer service personality. Seemed bothered to be there. I love the smoothies here, I have never really been disappointed. I have tried a few that I don't prefer but they weren't awful, I just think I like certain smoothies. I love the work out smoothie and the Strawberry Nirvana was really good, which I just tried for the first time the other day. I also had their flat bread pizzas recently and they are pretty good. I do wonder if it really a healthier option than other places but I don't go everyday, so I think I should be good if it is in moderation. Anyhow, I still have a few other smoothies that I need to try out and I am sure Jamba won't let me down. read more

My drink was NOT made properly here. It taste more like powdered mango than real fruit. Disgusting! This Jamba is of course in an ideal location but by far the worst that I've had. Here at 9pm and the customer service is lacking terribly. Walked in and no line. Cool. Got up to the register no wing what I wanted and one of the two employees looked at me and continued preparing smoothies without saying anything. I had to wait about 10 min before the other employee decided to take y order. The place was dirty. Trash and big puddles on the floor that looked like they had been there for a while. In the future I'll try to avoid this place but don't guarantee that I won't be back. read more

Only reason I don't give it more stars is because of the staffing. At times it seems under staffed to meet the demand of customers. I can see if it was winter season but this is summer its hot and staffing should be increased due to the conditions. Other then that I really like it. Friendly staff. I normally come here before I work out in the morning time. Not really many people there at that time. I never had any horrible experiences at this location I'm normally in and out of there in no time. Never a mistake on any of the drinks I've ordered. The staff I've been served by have always been kind and courteous. I gave them 3 stars due to the wow factor missing. This location has severely gone to pot. During the lunch times they should be fast and lately they are slow as hell. Additionally, if I'm waiting on my drink and I see the employees drinks come up first on my lunch hour...I think that's just bad business. I always like my drinks from Jamba Juice, so this review is about the customer service. I waited in line for 10 minutes and when I got to the front counter the person who took my order (Kristian) was extremely rude. She didn't say hello she just looked at me waiting for my order. I said twice to her I'd like to donate money for breast cancer awareness. She didn't hear me the 1st time I asked because she turned around very quickly to take something out of the oven, but she never told me hold on a second she just turned around after telling me to put in my number. I wanted to donate to Breast cancer because they have a deal if you donate a $1 you get some coupons. I winded up not being able to donate because the rude cashier never asked me if I wanted to. read more
