I've been to this JJ a few times but the last two times have been less than spectacular. A couple of weeks ago, I went in and the cashier was taking a large order. The juice-maker was just standing waiting. I was tempted to ask him to start making my drink but I didn't want to be "rude". So, after waiting for 5 mins, I gave up and left. I figured if they weren't efficient enough to start a drink for me, it would definitely take too long for them to make my drink. So, I decided to give it another try this morning. Bad decision. The cashier was nice and fast. The juice-maker moved slow like MOLASSES and he made the drinks wrong. I got a Strawberries Wild and it was very watery. The cashier remade the juice and it was still watery. So, after already waiting 15 minutes in the store (that was not crowded), I had to still wait for my pretzel. Geez. 20 mins in the store. Not very efficient for a morning crew. Tip for this location: get a faster, efficient morning crew. People gotta get to work! read more

I can't say whether it was human error or a bunk blender but my smoothie wasn't completely blended. It had big chunks of ice and banana, and I "bit" into a solid clump of soy protein boost which was extremely unpleasant. They need to check the machines, or train employees to quality check the drinks before handing them to the customer. It's easy to see the chunks if someone is paying attention, and easy to blend a little longer if needed. Just one more minute in the blender and I'd be a happy customer. I might go back one more time but if I have to chew my smoothie again, it will be the last time I visit. Sorry :( At least the staff were friendly, thank you! read more

The cashiers are not very helpful. The computer took out two of my rewards which is a total of $6.00 and she won't let me have it back. I've use rewards before in multiple transactions In one day and it allowed me to. This girl named Antenisha has an attitude and should not be working in this kind of business. No personality with attitude. Too early to be so nasty. Ruining my day already. Came to Jamba Juice to start my day right and it turned out to ruin my day instead. Yesenia is by far the worst!!! Has no customer service skills at all. I ordered a large smoothie and paid extra to make it thick but she only gives me a medium in a large cup with lots of room left. I asked for the extra left behind to complete my large and she goes off about how she can't and won't give me the rest. She just washed it away and just laughed. Definitely not going back now. Why are all businesses connected with southbay pavillion disappointing in customer service. Came in to store no hello or acknowledgment that i was standing in line. Finally someone says will be right with you. Only 1 other person in the store who was waiting on his order. Typical jamba juice store. All of your regular juices or smoothies. My hubby and i passed by the area and decided to grab some fruits smoothies. Found this place on yelp and I swear to God, this is the worst Jamba juice that I have ever been to. I was not a native American so English is my second language. The juice maker (the darker skin one) was so sloth and most of the drinks he made wasn't even close to the lids (inches away from the lids). I'm not being demanding but when u r paying for certain amount of money for something, you expected you got what you paid for, right. I tried telling him about that in a nice manner, he teased me by keep asking "what you are talking about? You got to tell me what you want. " I knew I don't speak PERFECT English but I'm not the one who doesn't freaking know English. I didn't wanna continue the conversation but he just kept asking in order to embarrassing me. I love Jamba Juice, but I hate, hate, hate this location. They NEVER pick up the phone. I know good and devilish well those blenders aren't that loud. Geesh!!! 7/28/18 940am. No one is waiting at the register. I walk in and stand in front of the 1st register. Staff looks at me doesn't acknowledge me. I figured they were busy. Another customer walks in and stands in front of the 2nd register. Christina (at least that's what the receipt says because her name tag is hidden) goes and helps the customer that just walked in. If it weren't for the customer that told her I was there first, she would have totally ignored me. Didn't apologize or anything. No sense of customer service personality. Seemed bothered to be there. When she gave me my order, she just said "your order" she was too busy talking to max about her life. At least Max was nice enough to wish me a good day! read more

This location has severely gone to pot. During the lunch times they should be fast and lately they are slow as hell. Additionally, if I'm waiting on my drink and I see the employees drinks come up first on my lunch hour...I think that's just bad business. I love the smoothies here, I have never really been disappointed. I have tried a few that I don't prefer but they weren't awful, I just think I like certain smoothies. I love the work out smoothie and the Strawberry Nirvana was really good, which I just tried for the first time the other day. I also had their flat bread pizzas recently and they are pretty good. I do wonder if it really a healthier option than other places but I don't go everyday, so I think I should be good if it is in moderation. Anyhow, I still have a few other smoothies that I need to try out and I am sure Jamba won't let me down. read more

Only reason I don't give it more stars is because of the staffing. At times it seems under staffed to meet the demand of customers. I can see if it was winter season but this is summer its hot and staffing should be increased due to the conditions. Other then that I really like it. Friendly staff. Here at 9pm and the customer service is lacking terribly. Walked in and no line. Cool. Got up to the register no wing what I wanted and one of the two employees looked at me and continued preparing smoothies without saying anything. I had to wait about 10 min before the other employee decided to take y order. The place was dirty. Trash and big puddles on the floor that looked like they had been there for a while. In the future I'll try to avoid this place but don't guarantee that I won't be back. read more
