Located at the front of the food court in Brea Mall, Jamba Juice is occasionally swarmed with hungry shoppers making their way to get juice to compliment their thirst. The person who took my order was super attentive and friendly! He heard my order and repeated it back to me concisely before continuing. Our conversation would definitely one of the best ones I have received when interacting with employees. The lady who gave me my drinks was also friendly! So, what do I think of the service here in one word? Amazing. Not only does the word amazing describe their service, but, it also describes the taste of the drinks! I ordered the cookie n creme and it came watered down. Like they put wayyyy too much ice in it. Also when I asked for he receipt Jess did not hand me the survey. She kept the survey and handed me just the receipt of the transaction. Not cool! I love doing surveys at a lot of the stores I shop at because of the discounts or free items. I honestly think the brown sugar is expired or maybe they let the soy milk sit out before pouring it into the machine for the oatmeal. I have the oatmeal often and this has never occurred. I put in a custom order and my mother went to go pick it up Around 3:15 today. Upon arriving, whomever was behind the counter informed her that the internet was down and that she couldn't locate our order. Totally understandable. However in trying to remedy the situation the manager on duty was extremely short and rude with my mom. Behaving as if she was inconveniencing her by giving her business. Barking directions to my her and making her feel really awkward and foolish. As someone who works in customer service, I get that you can get bogged down and have a bad day. Just got 4 smoothies and three were wrong!! We got two 22oz and two 16oz and one had protein in it. I got orange dream machine 22oz and it tasted like nothing but Bananas! And my kids got there's mixed up too, both got two different mango drinks and two different sizes! My son that got the smaller size ended up with my drink (the orange dream machine that was was supposed to be in a 22oz cup (but it wasn't) and my other soon got my other sons drink that protein in it in the wrong size cup and the one I ended up that tasted like bananas wasn't even close to mango flavor at all! I love Jamba Juice. Healthy juice made to taste delicious. I called in my order to pick up before I picked up my kids from school. The man that answered politely explained the menu options and took my pre-order. When I arrived, the four juices were ready for me in the freezer. I totally understand employees are hard to come by these days. I ordered a purely carrot juice drink which basically carrots in the juicer nothing else pretty simple. The young girl that took my order was very polite and nice. The one that made my drink stood in front of the juicer and stayed on her phone text messaging, took the lid off the juicer and then took her phone back out I guess to respond to the text she sent. This Jamba Juice is my favorite location! They recently opened one in the Brea Mall, but I've been coming to this one for as long as I could remember. The interior here is very clean and it always smells of refreshing fruits. They are always friendly and rarely get your order wrong. If they do get it wrong, they'll change it right away. Sometimes they give out samples too. Favorite Drinks (They give you free boosts if you want): 1. Peach Pleasure- Absolute Favorite! 2. Orange Juice (with 2 oz of carrot/wheat grass) 3. Strawberries Wild 4. Strawberry Surf Rider 5. Banana Berry 5. Frozen Strawberry Limeade Their yogurts are okay, but it's kind of flavorless and overpriced. They have chicken wraps and other products as well. I like getting their "Pirate's Booty" popcorn. Also, their belgium waffles and apple cinnamon pretzels arepretty good. P.S. They have a secret drink menu that includes White Gummi, Screaming Orgasm, this Pink Starburst flavor, etc. You can look for it online. Fan of Jamba Juice since 2001. 10yrs ago I hardly go get Jamba because I couldn't afford a $5 drink, now I hardly go because I can't afford the calories. But when I go, Jamba never do me wrong. Sometimes the got this buy one get one free promotion, I remember once when I went to this location, they gave me a free Jamba even though I didn't bring a coupon with me. I usually get the berry fulfilling and ask them to make the drink extra trick for me, which they always do. Parking at this location can be a pain for some people, because of the small size parking lot, but the few times I been here I was lucky enough to arrive right when someone was about to leave. If you want a good fruit smoothie, this is the location to be. If you want to stay healthy try to stay at the light menu. read more

Decided to come to jamba to redeem my coupon (BOGO) after filling out a survey at another location that provided awesome service. Got the mango a gogo and orange dream machine medium size and showed her my coupon on my phone. She tries scanning it a few times and nothing works. She waits for her other coworker to come over and he scans it and I hear a noise and she says oh now it works. Got my card and I couldn't hear the total but I assumed the bogo worked because I didn't get a receipt and she didn't ask if I wanted one. Decided to check my bank account and found out she still charged me for both -.- just tell me straight up if you can't do it or not and I'll just go to another location next time. Stopped in here to pick up a couple of their Happy Hour deals for a couple of friends and I. Walked up to the register to order and was told that I couldn't order and my friends had to PHYSICALLY be there for me to get the deal otherwise I'd have to pay full price. Now at other establishments the cashier would be helpful and say something like, "Oh, that's no problem, I can just ring separate transactions!" I asked the cashier to do so but NOOOO the cashier had to be a debbie downer and refuse to do so for me. Now I won't name any names but his name starts with an S and rhyme with jam. I went ahead and watched his other interactions with customers and he was equally as rude. Right after my order, this mom brought in an entire soccer team to get smoothies and the cashier opposite of S [ j ] am just said go ahead and let the girls go outside while they ordered 12. I went ahead and ordered a couple more from him no problem. I'll be bringing my business to the establishment in the mall and won't be returning as long as s/jam is still working here.
