We got two smoothies from here and it tasted quite good. The pineapple aloha smoothie was good and was based with greek yogurt. We also got the peanut butter smoothie. That one tasted more like a fusion of a milkshake and a smoothie, it was heavier, creamier, and more fluffy. It was good but definitely different than we expected. I think my problem overall was the artificial taste. These smoothies definitely have a bit of an artificial taste. I don't know if they're using fresh produce or using powders/juices but it tasted a bit off in general. read more

We went to this location while on a trip, and was extremely disappointed with our Açaí Primo bowls. They were both very runny, and had little amount of toppings on them. One of the bowls had a bruised banana in it. Would not try this location again. read more

Available goodies included: Classic Smoothies (like my fav, Orange Dream Machine®), Plant Based Smoothies, Super Blend Smoothies, Iced Beverages, Juices (Orange, Carrot and a blend of both), Shots, Bowls (containing a variety of Fruits and Organic Granola....Yum!), some delish Egg Bites and finally a Belgian Waffle Parfait. The Arroyo location is clean, has limited seating and is always staffed with some pretty terrific Associates. Like Jason...who helped me today with professional, yet friendly and extremely fast service. Yay Jason, thank-you for your fabulous Customer Service! The whole visit from "walk in" to "walk out" w/my Smoothie was under 5 minutes...and yes, there were other Customers in the establishment. Okay so I'm In here about twice a week, all the staff are so friendly and just super happy it's such an incredible vibe! A fantastic way to start my day a smoothie and a smile! I typically order off the menu but today I felt to be adventurous and ask them to concoct a special recipe from HackTheMenu.com Okay so what did I order you ask.. a Butterfinger smoothie... WOW!!! Although it does not stand out compared to other Jamba Juices, it does its job: it offers great smoothies and pressed juices with good customer service. However, the açaí bowls are a bit overpriced (at almost 9 dollars a bowl), but basically everything else is at its correct price. However, I do enjoy everything I order as well as getting their "Thirsty Thursdays" discount when it is available. I recommend getting the Regular Açaí Bowl due to the crunchy granola and the soft and sweet smoothie base. read more

I just got my order from door dash! Woohoo happy Friday to me! The Smoothies were fantastic as always, but I'm here to talk about the sweet waffle. MAN that is GOOD! I've never tried any of the food items from Jamba and I realized today that I have been severely missing out. I've got a massive sweet tooth so trust me when I say this sucker is swwweeeeeet, almost to the point that if you are not a huge fan of sweet, I wouldn't recommend it lol. 12/10, no syrup needed and I will be purchasing this again. I also tried the cheddar Tomato twist and that was bomb too. I always want something warm to eat when I drink a smoothie and one or the other of these items is just the right amount of food to go with it. Oh and just to top this off, the staff here are just wonderful. They have always been super sweet and very helpful. Worst smoothies I have ever had they are supposed to be thick and they tasted like water. I ordered three smoothies and when I received them the lady didn't even know which was which. Aloha pineapples tastes like a regular banana smoothie no pineapple. Ass smoothies, much better off with blenders they are authentic and actually taste like how they are advertised. Let me start of by saying I love Jamba Juice, I've been going there since they first opened up in SLO under the name Juice Club. Such a great business. Unfortunately I didn't have that same feeling for this AG location. I feel like they wasted my time and money on a Monday morning, on my way to work. So let's begin... I called in around 8 on Monday to put in a phone order while I was on my bluetooth. The guy that works there tells me that they no longer take phone orders and that I must download the new app. And order it that way. I was a little annoyed because I was driving but I understood and decided to pull over, download the app. And put my order in. It said my smoothie should be done in 8min after ordering. I get to jamba juice in AG 10min later and there are two ppl ahead of me in line and the guy working is making them their order and tells me to hold on a second. No problem, but I was holding on for another 10 min... you guys had 3 customers in the shop with small orders and I was still waiting 20 min for a smoothie... he finally gets to me and I told him I put an order in on the app. He said oh ya, let me make that real quick, here's you sandwich you ordered. I told him I didn't order a sandwich, I ordered a wrap. The guy says we dont have the wrap...of course the app doesn't tell you that. I said fine and took the sandwich. Then he confirmed my smoothie order which was COMPLETELY WRONG. I corrected him and told him what I wanted and he still made me the worst, watery smoothie i have ever had. I tasted like soy milk and peanut butter with no frozen berries ( ordered a protein berry workout with PB). To make a long story even longer, I wasted $12 on the smoothie that was crap and the sando that I didn't want and they should've just taken my order on the phone so I would show up with my smoothie ready in the fridge, just like every other jamba juice has done for the past 20-25 years!!! Really disappointed in my experience, when I first came in the cashier Stephen ignored me in line. When I finally got to order a nutty almond butter bowl, I asked him to sub more granola for the blueberries. He ended up charging me 75 cents TWICE for granola! Every Jamba Juice I've gone to has had friendly cashiers and haven't charged me to take away the blueberries for granola. Stephen could use some training on smiling and saying hello to customers, especially should have told me why he was charging more nearly $2 bucks for granola. read more

I ordered an Almond Butter Bowl and it was horrible. The smoothie part of the bowl was meant to be a mix between almond milk and peaches but instead of a smoothie I got liquid almond milk and a few full chunks of frozen peaches. Stopped by to try to quickly grab a smoothie for my husband on the way home after he just underwent oral surgery and needed a "liquid diet". I looked around for a menu to take to the car, and a young man pointed to a counter. I grabbed a menu and ran out. I got back to the car, and the menu was in Spanish. I ran back in and could find no menus in English. I asked again and a young women said "oh, we keep those behind the counter" and handed me one. Why, I thought. Also I notice that I have come multiple times and have been told I would need to wait 20 min for a juice because they just cleaned the machine. Staff was very nice and friendly, usually used to juice it up, but wanted to try Jamba Juice. Very much a teen hang out, hard to find when not used to the Arroyo Grande area. Got the peach smoothie. Very chalky, hardly tasted like peach, very bitter after taste, more of a orange flavor. I would try something else, try to give it another chance.
