To start, this menu is extensive. Breakfast, lunch, you choose the type of meal you want to have. They also have good options for keeping it light or going wild on brunch treats. You really can get anything and I've tried a lot of the menu, it's good. On this day, I got a don't forget the veggie omelet and subbed the home fries for fruit cup. It was delicious and felt like a lot of omelet. My one warning. They are the type of place that your coffee never gets lower than the half way point before a top off. What I thought was maybe a cup and a half worth, I think I drank wayyyy too much. I could not feel my fingertips or teeth when I left. I legitimately felt like I was on drugs like they teach kids in school how caffeine is a type of drug. Lol. Pick your vices.

Jam Eateries is a local daytime spot! They are open from 6am-4pm each day. They don't take reservations and can get quite busy on the weekends. We went during the week and there was no wait. The restaurant is spacious and with lots of natural light. We started off with their freshly squeezed juices. I got the kickstarter and added ginger. My partner also got the kickstarter, added ginger and took out strawberries. The drink is sweeter with the strawberries. Our meal consisted of the beet salad, short rib hash and breakfast tacos. The beet salad was tasty, the pomegranate added sweetness and the pecans provided complexity. The short rib hash was filling but lacked slightly in depth of flavor. The breakfast tacos were delicious and honestly did not need the extra sauce on the side. Total was $91.98 with a 20% tip included. We were stuffed and was not able to try dessert.

Came here for breakfast before my trip, and wow amazing service and great food for the price! I came with my family, and although there was a bit of a hiccup with my order, they quickly resolved it. The service was excellent throughout. The place is huge! We got there at 9 a.m., and it was already packed. So many people were coming in for breakfast on a Sunday, so it must be very popular. I will definitely be back!

OMG easily the best brunch spot in maryland! We came for the first time on Father's Day ( so risky i know! ) and I was so nervous that we wouldn't grab a seat because there is no reservation system. Because of that I woke up at 5:30am to get ready to try to get there early. We got there at 8 am and pretty much every seat was full but we got seated immediately. We asked for a high chair but also wanted to sit in a booth and high chairs aren't accommodated at booths. The head waiter easily solved that problem by letting us use a booster seat THAT HAS SEATBELTS! (the moms with 9 month olds get it). That meant so much to me and left a great impression. I wanted to come here because of their extensive breakfast menu (especially their flavored pancakes, waffles, and french toast) and it did not disappoint. We grabbed the grand mimosa and they were super strong and yummy. I had a great time and will definitely be back! Still early because as we were leaving at about 9:30am , there was a long line of people waiting to be seated.

I've gone to JAM a few times and each time seem to enjoy whatever we order. Fun fact im not a jam or jelly person but their homemade spreads are delicious On my latest visit for a little Valentine's Day lunch with some mama friends we sat in the bigger area that has long tables and I believe they are open to renting for events with various photos of celebrities. Our table was placed by Bad Bunny which was amazing since we were all very excited after the Super Bowl hype. I have had the crab cake and bayou Benedict both which have been delicious. The crab cake Benedict comes with a fried green tomato and bayou Benedict comes with polenta. Enjoyed both of these touches being different from the typical English muffin for a Benedict. Service is always great, attentive and swift even with larger parties.

JAM is awesome! I very much enjoy a good brunch spot. The drinks, the food, and the dessert options are plentiful. I really enjoyed their banana pudding pancakes! It didn't even need the syrup. Their potatoes are good as well. Not the best potatoes I had but the pancakes were up there. The eggs and bacon were eggs and bacon. I had a mimosa flight which some of the flavors were good and some were okay. Next up is the margarita flight and a different form of sugary carbs. This place gets packed so be prepared to wait or come early.

I almost licked my plate! I can honestly say I haven't had breakfast food this good in a very, very long time! The eggs were perfectly medium well, the potatoes were crispy (like I asked for), and the sausage was good quality. The sweet tea was also delicious! I'm getting hungry just thinking about the food again. The staff was incredibly kind and attentive. The manager refilled my drink multiple times, brought me whipped butter for my waffle, extra napkins, etc. The waitress was also great! The restaurant was cute too! Bustling, bright and clean

Quick take: Busy breakfast spot with lots of menu choices, friendly service, and a quieter back room if you want to escape the noise. Returned to this lively neighborhood restaurant and found it just as packed as before. The menu still offers plenty of breakfast favorites with lots of mix-and-match combinations. One thing I didn't realize before is that there's a separate dining room away from the main area that's noticeably quieter--worth requesting if the front space feels a bit loud. Our server, Mariah, was friendly and knowledgeable, and she easily handled separate checks. She even showed us comparison photos to explain the difference between an appetizer and the full lunch portion of a similar dish, which was helpful. The meals were nicely presented and well portioned, and everyone enjoyed what they ordered. My only suggestion would be for the Huevos Rancheros--the tortilla chips were layered underneath and became a bit soggy. Serving them on the side, or using thicker chips, might help keep that crispy texture. The flavors themselves were still very good. We finished with the banana pudding, which was delicious. Overall, a good choice if you want a flavorful breakfast with lots of options. Just expect a lively crowd and higher noise level during busy morning hours.

Recently visited for a 50th bday brunch. Energy was good. Service was great and food came out fast. Our server did an awesome job with our table of 20. Now onto the food. While here I had the following: Brussels sprouts: tasty. Had a good flavor. Nice portion size. I would've loved if the sprouts were a little more crisp. Pig candy: delish! Crispy and crunchy. The aioli sauce and arugula was a nice touch. Also a nice portion. Lamb chop lollipops- I was original told there were 7 pops but, it ended up being 5. The chops were a bit unevenly cooked. I asked for medium and half of them came out well. The mash potatoes were tasty with the Cabernet gravy. Old bay bloody-very boozy and tasty. It complimented my meal well. In all I'd visit again. There were no complaints about the food in our whole party. SYOY!

This place is open, spacious and popping with people! I met a friend at 11:30 on a Friday for brunch and it was packed! Something that I noticed right away was how diverse the crowd was it's a gathering place for business meetings, mamas, families and friends to enjoy a meal together. I notice things like this and it's important to me. We were seated right away and this is literally my only small complaint, we were seated in me of the back rooms which was fine, but it felt very cozy and not in the best way as all of the tables were so close together there wasn't a lot of room to maneuver and it was very chilly. However that being said the room was full of natural light and the background noise of cheerful chatter made it a great experience. Our server was Zach A. and he was lovely, he made great recommendations, was attentive and it was evident that he's really great at his job! One other thing to note is the managers on duty were also great checking in, running food when needed, greeting people at the door. I love when the managers are visible and customer facing, it says a lot about the culture of the establishment. The food delicious, I couldn't decide between all the things so I ended up with our servers favorite waffle, the Churro waffle and it was decadent... and a side of turkey sausage. I would give the waffle alone a 100 star rating but the savory side made it the perfect combo. My friend had a latte, and the salmon omelet that came stuffed full of deliciousness and wrapped in salmon with a lemon blueberry pancake on the side. We were both pleased and left feeling more than satisfied. This was her third time and my first and I promise it won't be the last! Thanks JAM for a top notch experience!

My daughter and I had to fast before our doctors appointments and we're pretty hungry and desperately needed breakfast. JAM did the trick. This used to be a chain restaurant under a different name, I believe they are now locally owned. The hostess was very warm and friendly, and we were sat quickly even though they had a a nice crowd. I got the Snicker Doodle Latte from the seasonal menu, the Bayou Benedict and a Red Velvet Pancake. My daughter got a Caramel Macchiato & Huevos Rancheros . Our drinks took a second to come to the table, and based on how they looked we thought we had each others order... the Caramel was topped with cinnamon and the Snicker Doodle was topped with Caramel. The food came out pretty fast, and everything was really delicious. The portions are huge so I was only able to eat half of my meal. Our server was really nice as well

The best brunch place anywhere in Maryland ! I'm not even exaggerating. Food is on point! Server was fast. Huge place so didn't have to wait for food but there is a wait to be seated. You just put your name on the waiting list and voila! I brought many friends to this restaurant and keep going back because it is just that good! I loved the mimosa flight and got to taste 4 different flavors. Prices are super affordable. Loved the inside too. Huge place and just full of life. Definitely bring your appetite

Service wasn't great, dining area wasn't clean, and food was mediocre at best. We went on a Sunday afternoon as the brunch rush was dying down. We asked for a table and we were told 25 min wait which wasn't bad but as we sat there waiting we could see tables were opening up, people who came after us were getting sat well before the 25 minute waiting time and when we finally went to check (we sat close to the host stand), they had forgotten our place and we had not gotten any communication- not a text or notice in person or otherwise. So once we finally got sat, our server was just fine but the dining area wasn't clean. I'm sure it was a result of a hectic brunch rush. For food we got the chicken and waffles and the havarti chicken sandwich. The sandwich did not look appetizing and the taste was disappointing and not memorable as well. The chicken and waffle wasn't that great either. Their drinks were good, however.

No. I don't think they allow pets unless it's a service animal

How can I get on the wait list?

You can go to their website and click on to Waitlist. Or if you prefer to go in person, just see the guest reception desk and put your name and mobile phone number. FYI - on the weekends, parking maybe tough to find.

Ultimately we landed on the peach cobbler French toast, cinnamon roll French toast, and a 1/2 and 1/2 lunch special with chicken & waffles and a cup of jambalaya. I was told the peach cobbler French toast was really good. The cinnamon roll French toast was prepared perfectly. Not soggy which was surprising given how much syrup and melted cream was on the plate. It was just VERY sweet. It also came with a side of eggs and brown sugar sage sausage patties. I loved the sausage patties and 2 was just enough. The chicken and waffles were good, the chipotle honey that came on the side complimented the chicken really well. The jambalaya had potential, but could have been seasoned a bit heavier. I also ordered the raspberry peach palmer and it was bombbb. I'd absolutely recommend another broken egg and will definitely stop in again if there's a location nearby.

The menu is fairly consistent, with a few seasonal specials added throughout the year. The food is reliably prepared with fresh ingredients, and the presentation is usually appealing. One of the restaurant's most charming features is the large brick-enclosed fireplace in the center of the dining room. During our recent visit, it was still roaring despite the summer heat wave, adding to the warm and inviting atmosphere. The menu offers several dependable favorites, and the bakery display case is always tempting, filled with an assortment of pastries and desserts. Fresh-baked breads are also available for purchase, though the more popular varieties often sell out as the day progresses. What keeps us coming back is the relaxed setting. There's no pressure to rush through your meal, making it an ideal place to linger over lunch, catch up with friends, and enjoy a satisfying meal in comfortable surroundings. Overall, La Madeleine continues to be a pleasant and dependable choice for a casual meal and good conversation.

The meals are mediocre at best. Tremendously Constant staff changeover is also a "telling" sign though some is normal in this industry. Example: ordered Chicken pesta pasta...could not eat it. One bite and I knew there was a problem in the kitchen. The chef hadn't a clue. They no longer served the once selectable bread sticks and replaced them with a dry croissant which has nothing to do with pests. Could not taste a hint of pests, noodles were overcooked and drowning in a milky, soupy liquid. No thanks. I'm done. No more La Madeleine for me. Shortcuts. Bad food.

It's a smallish space and indoor seating was really full at 11 AM on a weekday. Because of rain, the outdoor benches were not in use, and I saw closed-up patio-umbrellas too. I ordered from a kiosk or you could order online or in person. I got the bacon egg and cheese croissant and it was made quickly by welcoming staff. It was a regular size croissant with very light cheese and a layer of crispy bacon pieces in a well toasted croissant. The flavor was good. This café also sells a number of beverages, including fresh ground espresso, and various teas And they sell some bakery goods, candies, and quite a variety of dry-packaged teas and coffee. The parking right in front Café Jun can get pretty full, but there's plenty parking in the rest of the shopping center. You can enter the shopping area from eastbound US-40 Baltimore National Pike, or from westbound Frederick Road. It's just east of Centennial Lane/Bethany Lane and about a mile West of US 29. The larger shopping area has a diner 3-strip mall sections, one of which is called Princess Shopping Center, so I'm a little confused which mall-name covers which shops. They have a summer concert planned! That should be fun!

People do seem to respect the 90MIN seating window though so you should be able to find a seat. You order and pay at the counter first and then they give you a table number card. This is how they find you to serve your food. I ordered a regular matcha latte, a bacon, egg and cheese sandwich on croissant bread and their famous croffle. I loved their matcha latte. It's pre-sweetened so no need to add extra vanilla syrup or anything. This does not taste like a traditional matcha, which in my opinion tastes like dirt. This is a sweeter, dessert like matcha. I didn't care for the bacon, egg and cheese sandwich. It was kind of dry and it tasted like something was missing. The croffle was amazing. It has a nutty, pecan like taste to it and it was topped with vanilla gelato and blueberries. I couldn't really taste the maple syrup but it was delicious nonetheless.
