I was referred to Fleet Tech by someone and that's how it came to be. Jordan spent many, many, hours, brining my car back to life. He didn't use bondo or fillers, but rather cut and welded pieces on both sides of the under carriage, rocker panels, and a bit of the wheel wells. It is solid! He did an amazing job and I couldn't be happier. I have some pictures of the before, that I will post along with the afters, when the vehicle is done being painted. All the campers that we were interested in were unlocked so we were able to get inside of of them. A sales employee came out on a golf cart, and she drove us around to different campers. She was very knowledgeable and answered all our questions. She also provided us with cold water bottles which we appreciated as it was quite hot. Brought to Mumblys 4x4 they confirmed the faulty repairs. Now I must seek legal defense. The entire office team failed to provide requested paperwork for the "repairs". Will not show alignment specs that they had done supposedly 3 times. They will tell you they assure you'll get your car with no engine lights or codes. This is because they simply delete them prior to returning. What's worse is that they censor their Google reviews and on the website you can't leave reviews so they have a great rating on Google but don't be deceived. With the condition my Jeep is in it is not roadworthy and very dangerous. Demian the repair parts guy among other things text me he is about tired of my complaints the 2nd time I returned to them. What's worse is I went into the shop office they told me to talk to Demian. They gave me the run around.

I dropped off my Chevy equinox the last week of December 2024 to be repaired for collision and…read morepaint. The owner Kouder Abbass charged me a total of $3800. He stated that he would fix the car and have it painted. After calling him at least 12 times the car was returned to me in the beginning of June covered in bird poop and filthy inside with a spray paint job from a can. After the equinox was examined by the Genesis Chevy dealership, they gave me a diagnostic with all of the issues wrong which is posted in review . At this point, my posts about the terrible service are affecting Kouder's business ,so he called me today and threatened to come by my house and hurt me if I don't stop. Please don't deal with this dishonest man, as now I have to file a police report and sue him.
