Then he found a lug nut was stripped, he said our guys could probably put it back on, but it will probably lead to issues at a later date. He didn't have one in stock, but said if you have 20 minutes, he'll get one. he sent an employee to get it and sure enough about 20 minutes later I was on my way. Like I told MATT, HE IS A WONDERFUL ASSET TO THE BEST ONE ORGANIZATION. Matt is proof that there are still employees that believe taking care of the customer's needs is first and foremost. All the campers that we were interested in were unlocked so we were able to get inside of of them. A sales employee came out on a golf cart, and she drove us around to different campers. She was very knowledgeable and answered all our questions. She also provided us with cold water bottles which we appreciated as it was quite hot. We didn't make a purchase on this trip so we will discuss our favorite campers and return soon.

I have a 2016 ford escape that needed a new transmission so I was recommended this shop. Even tho I…read moredidn't have a collision job, I was quoted a pretty decent price for a brand new transmission so I had my car dropped off on April 29. I finally got it back yesterday on June 9. They kept making up excuses as to why it took so long to replace the transmission until finally 7 days ago they said I could pick it up. $4400 later and the RPM was running high and my car was making a weird noise. Then my car started leaking fluid and eventually it shut down because the engine was too hot. So I had to get it to towed back to collision collision. Turns out the mechanic told someone at the shop that they did give me my car back way too soon. They kept telling me they were test driving it but the mechanic never did test drive it. The whole experience was a complete nightmare and the worst professional experience I've ever had in my life. And to end it all, I was trying to call the shop to see if my car was ready yesterday but Damien kept hanging up when I called. He just yelled THEYRE REPLACING THE TURBO YOUR CAR WILL BE READY TO PICK UP AT 1 and hung up. And kept hanging up when I was calling back. Don't fucking bother with this place.
