I was referred to Fleet Tech by someone and that's how it came to be. Jordan spent many, many, hours, brining my car back to life. He didn't use bondo or fillers, but rather cut and welded pieces on both sides of the under carriage, rocker panels, and a bit of the wheel wells. It is solid! He did an amazing job and I couldn't be happier. I have some pictures of the before, that I will post along with the afters, when the vehicle is done being painted. All the campers that we were interested in were unlocked so we were able to get inside of of them. A sales employee came out on a golf cart, and she drove us around to different campers. I have a 2016 ford escape that needed a new transmission so I was recommended this shop. Even tho I…read moredidn't have a collision job, I was quoted a pretty decent price for a brand new transmission so I had my car dropped off on April 29. I finally got it back yesterday on June 9. They kept making up excuses as to why it took so long to replace the transmission until finally 7 days ago they said I could pick it up. $4400 later and the RPM was running high and my car was making a weird noise. Then my car started leaking fluid and eventually it shut down because the engine was too hot. So I had to get it to towed back to collision collision. Turns out the mechanic told someone at the shop that they did give me my car back way too soon. They kept telling me they were test driving it but the mechanic never did test drive it. The whole experience was a complete nightmare and the worst professional experience I've ever had in my life. And to end it all, I was trying to call the shop to see if my car was ready yesterday but Damien kept hanging up when I called. He just yelled THEYRE REPLACING THE TURBO YOUR CAR WILL BE READY TO PICK UP AT 1 and hung up. And kept hanging up when I was calling back. Don't fucking bother with this place.

Brought to Mumblys 4x4 they confirmed the faulty repairs. Now I must seek legal defense. The entire office team failed to provide requested paperwork for the "repairs". Will not show alignment specs that they had done supposedly 3 times. They will tell you they assure you'll get your car with no engine lights or codes. This is because they simply delete them prior to returning. What's worse is that they censor their Google reviews and on the website you can't leave reviews so they have a great rating on Google but don't be deceived. With the condition my Jeep is in it is not roadworthy and very dangerous. Demian the repair parts guy among other things text me he is about tired of my complaints the 2nd time I returned to them. What's worse is I went into the shop office they told me to talk to Demian. They gave me the run around.
