(Think outside of the box). Unfortunately i wasn't able to drop off and it took them less than 2hrs installing my wiring ONLY - saved about $75 to $100 not using U-haul company. Please note bring some snacks and chair (if you wanna sit outside); a restroom is available but nothing walking distance for something to eat so make sure to be prepared. He attempted to answer questions without any understanding of what the questions were. One question went from "dash heat" on my end to "bathroom" or something like that on his end. I can totally understand being busy and trying to multi-task but the opportunity for new business was lost based on the interaction. If you're that busy, either take my number and call me back or quit the conversation you're in once you answer the phone. Unfortunately, I can't provide any feedback on actual service. I never got past the first phone call. What I thought might have been an opportunity to support a local business rather than a large corporation was lost by the very poor interaction I had. Maybe it was just a bad day on the other end of the phone but I won't be trying to patronize this business in the future.
