Ultimately, I bought a great, low-mileage Land-rover Defender 110 that was very clean and honestly represented at a fair price. Wael agreed (and took his own time) to take the vehicle to an inspection of my choice prior to the purchase. The inspection confirmed the condition of the vehicle represented. After that, the negotiation was minimal, the sales process simple, and the registration/titling was all handled thoroughly.
