They ended up quoting 3 different prices from when we dropped it off to picking it up, tried to explain that fact to her and she just came up with the most out of this world, unreasonable solution no one asked for "if you don't want it, we can just get rid of it". Since she wasn't much help and very rude at this point, I asked to speak with Joel and mid sentence of me asking she just throws me on hold. I was referred to this place but if this is the experience I MIGHT get every time..... I'd rather drive an extra 23mi for better service and not threatening to give my stuff away over pricing confusion!

This company is absolutely amazing, they did a pickup and drop-off of my machines. From my initial phone call with Cherry, I was impressed with their knowledge and professionalism. First the Stepher had mentioned that the next available to send out a technician would be next week Tuesday. I told her I would prefer to do a Friday, since it's my only day I can work from home. She first mentioned that would be difficult. Then she said they wouldn't schedule a visit for a Friday. They only send out technicians for stacked units on Tuesday, Wednesday or Thursday. Why not just spit it out that you don't want to service a stacked unit and stop beating around the bush? Ridiculous place. I was willing to put up with their 5 hour window for a day as it was, but forcing me to take a day off for them to come when it's only convenient for them is not good for me. Decided to lot move forward with them, since they don't seem consumer focused much.
