Well, the first time the phone was answered (older man, owner I assume- woody?) couldn't of been more rude and condescending of me when enquiring about their turn around time. It takes a lot of gull to speak to someone- let alone a potential paying customer the way I was today on the phone. It look a solid 2-2.5 mins for me to decide, I NEVER would support this business. Mayo welding- Do yourself a favor and disconnect the phone lines altogether; not like you answer them much anyways, OR get someone who understands customer service, because the person I spoke to on the phone today is clearly a welder. Yikes...

But now, I hate to say it -- but increasingly, they treat loyal customers like crap. They promise to call back with information, and NEVER do. Make appointments they don't keep, and don't call. --I get it when a business is understaffed with good techs -- but CALL and let the customer, who is waiting and counting on them, to let them know what's up. Respond. I bought my most recent primary refrigerator from them about a year ago in the $500 range. I started calling almost three weeks ago that the temp was in the 60's and I was using the freezer section as a fridge. After multiple calls and messages, they didn't show up until four days ago and said compressor was bad and it wasn't worth fixing -- but they'd take care of me. And then, they didn't get back to me about the options. When I reached them two days ago they said they'd give me another one for ~$550. --Hmm. So, despite that the one I bought should have lasted more than a year -- that's the best they can do for me for a replacement? After making me wait for over two weeks for them to even look at it. And of course, they've promised to call me back 2 x's since this last conversation --and haven't. I even told them that I want to buy a washer and dryer from them over the next month. -- Doesn't make any difference in their interest in helping me out. --I might as well start buying new sale or scratch & dent appliances instead of being treated like this.

They ended up quoting 3 different prices from when we dropped it off to picking it up, tried to explain that fact to her and she just came up with the most out of this world, unreasonable solution no one asked for "if you don't want it, we can just get rid of it". Since she wasn't much help and very rude at this point, I asked to speak with Joel and mid sentence of me asking she just throws me on hold. I was referred to this place but if this is the experience I MIGHT get every time..... I'd rather drive an extra 23mi for better service and not threatening to give my stuff away over pricing confusion!
