$12 microwaved chile relleno (no sides), which took 15 minutes. I was the one and only customer in there.

I was THE only customer, and it took 15 minutes for a microwaved chile relleno was costs $12, no sides. Just the chile.

Microwaved Chile Rellano.

Microwaved Chile Rellano? I can't believe this place. Most Mexican food "hole in the wall" are really good. This place is the exception. First off their food is EXTREMELY oily. We ordered their nachos, tacos and Chile Rellano. Even the nachos has oil all at the bottom. While we were there waiting for our order we watched them as microwaved the Chile Rellano. Not once but twice! The pulled out the Chile out of a plastic sealed package. Microwaved it. Then pour sauce over it and re-microwaved it. We won't go back to this place unless we need oil for our car.

Chilaquiles Breakfast Plate

I have ordered same thing 3 times and I got to tell you, delicious. Chilaquiles (mild spice, little kick to it), eggs (over medium), rice and beans & Mexican cheese. Now I haven't tried anything else but this plate is good and at times I have made two meals out of it. Hope to try other things in the menu and let you guys know. But definitely beats me having to make them at home. ** Try offering to add a piece of carne asada to it and yummy !! Thank you to the lady cooks, very kind

Meat was cold. Didn't feel like eating it.

Just like some of the other yelpers I also experienced rude customer service. I asked for a burrito and the " lady asked me "what kind of meat?" I asked "what kind of meat is there available?" And then she said in a not so nice tone "it's listed on the menu" she saw I was struggling to see the menu and she finally told me the meats that were available. I choose to get the nachos and I was surprised at how fast it took to make nachos, but that doesn't make up for how it tasted. I would have rather gotten taco bell nachos. Because they gave me near cold meat and a bunch of the meat scrap with the squishy white parts which was cold. I immediately threw it Away and walked out. Please make sure your food is at least cooked.

I couldn't turn my back on these burritos.

I was planning on getting the tacos, but my plans rarely go according to plan. I like burritos so much that it somehow feels like I'm cheating on burritos if I get a taco at a place that sells burritos. So I ended up getting a burrito at a place that specializes in tacos. I know that may be cringe worthy to some people. It's like going to In N Out Burger to just get the coffee. In an ideal world I would have gotten tacos from a taco place and I wouldn't have ordered beer for my buddy and I, especially because I don't like beer that much. We don't live in an ideal world though. While I wasn't too crazy over the burrito and beer, I was crazy over the sauce that accompanied the burrito. The sauce coming together with the burrito really made it worth while. The next time I come back here, I'd like to think that I would try the tacos. To be completely honest though, I don't know if I'll ever be able to betray burritos like that. The only way I see myself trying the tacos here is if someone surprises me with tacos. I don't typically like surprises, but a taco surprise doesn't sound too bad. It seems like these tacos will always be a mystery to me.

This was the piece of uncut steak in the burrito. Massive.

The service was excellent. They brought water and chips right away, and the waitress soon took our drink order. My 85 year old mother had a large margarita, which we all got a kick out of. Our food came out in about 10 minutes after we ordered. I had my usual, two crispy shredded beef tacos a la carte. I love their tacos. My sister had tacos with rice and beans, and others had enchiladas and burritos. Everyone enjoyed their food. One of the best things about Margarita's, other than the food, is the decor. There are at least two huge Catrinas, Frida art, Calavera skulls, sacred hearts, and Talavera suns everywhere. It's very fun.

My rating is 3.5 rounded up to four. The problem is that my husband's food came about 25 minutes before mine came out; it seems they might have forgetten my order until we asked about it. So, my husband was finished eating before my food came. They apologized but did not offer any sort of compensation. I ordered the quesadilla with veggies instead of a meat; my husband had the sopas meal, which came with 3 sopas. We liked our food, so it is unfortunately that the mess-up with my food put a negative spin on the experience.

Ordered the carne asada and veggie burrito. Appreciated that the veggie burrito had ingredients usually in super burritos (lettuce, avocado, tomatoes, etc) without that added price compared to meat burritos, and came with a jalapeño on the side. The carne asada was extremely flavorful - nicely grilled and smokey flavor while being tender. One of my favorite carne asadas in NorCal. Portions were average for the price, but would appreciate if they could take out cilantro without taking out onions.

I usually pass this place by however I thought I would stop in and try their tacos. I frequent the one in San Jose on Alum Rock Avenue which is always very which is always very busy. I figured maybe it's their sister location as they look very similar and the signage is pretty much the same. Walked up to the window and ordered three tacos of carne asada. They come with a side of sautéed onions and jalapeño. The tacos are a good size and they have a good portion of Carne Asada meat on it. The meat is well seasoned and the sautéed onions and jalapeño added to the flavor. I can see myself stopping in again and trying some of the other food they have on the menu. They also offer burritos, tortas, and a variety of seafood items. They offer indoor and outdoor seating. The indoor seating area looks very clean and maintained.
