Went here for the $1 taco Tuesday deal and although I love a good deal, the tacos were okay. The food justifies the price. The salsa is serve yourself. I like that they give complimentary chips and salsa! It's lively here and they have great deals throughout the week. Waiters are nice. The place is pretty big- the indoors extends to the back and there is outdoor seating.

Our favorite local pupusa spot. Be prepared to wait as they make your pupusas when you order. Came here for dinner on a weekenight and waited about 15-20 mins till our order was ready. Lady was very pleasant and nice. Pupusas was amazing as always. We got pork and cheese, chicken and cheese with beans and rice. They do give plenty of salsa and cabbage that you put on the pupusas. They are very filling and good serving size. We took ours to go but they do have dine in option and they do give you chips and salsa while waiiting for your food.

Super Tacos carne asada and Al pastor and pupusas revuelta and queso.

My mother in law took me here. The pupusas were excellent and tasty . The super tacos were hearty with tasty roasted Jalapeños and green onions.

The food here is really good. We usually grab takeout but have dined in a couple times. Dining in you will wait a bit for your food so be prepared. Favorites are the chicken soup (this is amazing on cold days or if you are sick). I ask for extra broth & veggies light on the chicken. The papusas!! I usually get the bean & cheese but recently had the carne asada papusas and it was beyond delicious. The pork ones are good as well. Love the pickled cabbage and hot sauce. Nice customer service as well. Would definitely recommend calling in your order if your not a fan of waiting a bit for your food.

Walking in, I was immediately greeted with smiling and welcoming vibes from the ladies at the front and told to take a seat wherever I'd like to sit. The hit for me is that MENUDO is available on a non-weekend! I've been craving it and when I ordered it (on a Tuesday), I hoped it would be fresh and it was! The broth was savory and flavorful as is but with the added oregano, dried peppers, onions, and cilantro to my liking- it just made it even better! The best part was that you can either order it with pata or no pata. Shoooot, you don't have to ask me twice! I said I want the pata hahahaha that with tender and not overcooked tripe was just what I was wanting! If you love menudo, this is a place I'd recommend and go to get it regularly. The MICHELADA MARISCADA is tasty! It's a mixture of seafood in a sweet and tangy sauce. For those who do not like spice, this is a great option. I was with someone who doesn't like spicy food and isn't a big fan of Mexican food but MAN! she killed the entire plate! So now we have a place that we both can really enjoy together. Will be back!!

The chicken quesadilla really set it off for me as well. It was flavorful, nice portion size and I enjoyed the dip that came with it also. The Lows: The food was kinda expensive. It was about $60 for a to go order of 6 tacos and a quesadilla and a drink. While the food was good, not sure if the price was worth it considering all of the other Mexican food options nearby. Also, the tacos didn't come with any sides (rice, beans, etc.) which was unfortunate for the price. The In-Between: We found this place on Instagram based on a video review someone did. The parking was a little tough. The service was cool for our to go order.

The employee had to ask me several times to repeat my order. When I arrived, they had prepared two carne asada plates with rice and beans and a plate with two pupusas and rice and beans, and wanted to charge me about $50. I politely explained that I had only ordered the pupusas with rice and beans and two tacos. He didn't argue with me, but the way he responded was very disrespectful and really pissed me off. I didn't want to wait another 15 minutes for the tacos to be made, so I just left with the pupusas. The pupusas were good, and the lady at the front was very kind. Unfortunately, my first experience was ruined by the way the employee treated me. Based on this experience, I wouldn't recommend calling in an order. I would have probably given them another chance by ordering in person, but after the disrespect I experienced, I don't plan on going back.

If pupusas and tacos aren't your fancy, they do have burritos, quesadillas and tortas. Pupusas comes with curtido (pickled slaw) and salsa, both of which are hella good! They're made fresh to order, so there is about a 15-20 min wait, depending on how busy they are. What I loved about this spot is you can opt for any of the meats they have! Order the adobada and thank me later. The carne asada was okay, not as flavorful as i would have liked, and the revuelta was one of the best I've had. It's pretty soft in texture though (normal), so if you like things a little more meaty and less one dimensional in texture, maybe go with a more solid type of filling. They're parked in the 76 gas station, across from Sutter hospital. It's pretty in the cuts, from I80, but worth the little detour. It's easy to get back on the freeway though once you got the goods.
