While he was waiting they offered to comp our meal. Thank you for making it right! DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE!!!! I ordered delivery from sombreros this evening. The mark up for ordering online was exorbitant. Then, when the delivery arrived all that was in the bag was chips and salsa. The delivery driver said it was the restaurants fault and we had to call the restaurant. I called the restaurant and they said they would re-fire the order. When my husband got there to pick it up they told him that it was the delivery drivers fault and they would not re fire the food. This is a huge scam. They stole $100 from me. I was a loyal customer, but I will NEVER GO THERE AGAIN. I will order from Wonder right next door instead.

But you're paying for the service and not having to cook and clean and worry about anything. I cane with a party of 5 and the restaurant was packed. The server was good but overworked; it took forever to finally get the check because after the meal he totally forgot about us for 15-20 minutes and disappeared. We ordered the seafood chowder (good but no lobster...? @ 15 a bowl?) and the fried rice balls with red sauce, they were filling and flavorful, and texturally pleasing. The seafood primavera was bland. The mussels were good and the sauce was quite delicious. The chicken parm was good.

The guy working the counter was super friendly and patient while we considered our options. I got a barbacoa bowl - the beef was very tender, and the mexican rice was what set this place apart from its competitors, very flavorful. The prices are comparable and the location is conveniently located. We'll be back!

We were greeted by the host as soon as we stepped in. Staff were friendly and prompt. We ordered drinks, appetizer and entrees. They serve warmed tortillas chips with salsa complimentary. I ordered the chicken enchiladas mole. The chicken was stringy and tasted like it had been boiled hard in plain water. The mole was "hot" but that's it for flavor - no chiles, chocolate, peanuts, sesame seed taste at all, like it'd been watered down and thickened with cornstarch. The tortillas were....rubbery? Owner must've seen my plate set to the side and he asked if everything was OK. I told him what I've said here and he apologized and said he'd talk to the chef. But he still charged us for my order. It's not, but the new owners decided to keep the name. Nonetheless, I heard a few good things recently, so I decided to check it out, and I've been back three times since. The salads are great, with plenty of options, and the sandwiches are also outstanding. I've read some reviews calling it "pricey," but it seems to be in line with similar types of venues. For context, I got a turkey wrap, chips, and a soda, and it was roughly 20 bucks or so. Certainly not cheap, but nothing is, so I feel like they are fair. The service has been friendly and attentive every time I've visited. I've also ordered online, and the process couldn't be easier. It's straightforward, quick, and the order was ready right on time. Go check it out, you won't be disappointed.

My husband loved the chicken risotto. I got a raspberry sangria which was fantastic. I was not at all into the zucchini burger. It was weird. And though I like Gouda, in this context it was kind of overbearing and didn't go with the bread. It was also unweildy and a hand held as there were two distinct fritters. The restaurant is on the pricey side. As soon as the waitress realized I didn't like my food she started on on asking me if I wanted something else... Which, no. I was not going to pay another $20+ dollars to get something else I might not like. Just let me cut my losses.
