BUYER BEWARE!!!!!!!!! We have had the most frustrating…read moreexperience with the ordering of our tile. We picked out a tile and told there was enough in stock. Then we were told there wasn't. (Very weak communication between inventory and showroom departments). Back to showroom to choose another tile. Sure enough, same issue. We finally placed a new order and told it would take a month for it to come in from overseas. Waited and shipment came in and they were short one box. Now we are told they don't know when or where they can get the missing box. In the meantime our tile man is working on the same project with another tile that is being paired up with. We may have to redo the whole project. So frustrating! Our tile man told us that ever since the original owner sold to big corportation it has really gone downhill. Has had problems with other jobs too. Wish he never would have told us about this very incompetent establishment. Go somewhere else and save yourself a lot of GRIEF

The Kohler shower tile is an intricate mechanism requiring a plumber who knows how they work (set screws go in to release, not out, etc.). A plumber with no understanding can damage the unit. I spoke with a woman who was not helpful to provide a referral to a Kohler-expert plumber because I didn't not purchase the items from their store - which did not exist when I purchased these items. She went on to clarify the exclusive nature of their plumbing list. She also attempted to explain the nuance of how they represent / don't represent the national Kohler brand. This type of and attitude toward customer service puts companies out of of business slowly but surely over time.
