I appreciate the knowledge the workers bring, they usually understand some of the older setups I have in my house and what they are the way they are. This round I had them replace a basement toilet, fix a not working faucet and diagnose water pressure issues.

Sure enough, a couple weeks later, the sewer backed up again. So today (next day service), Arthur came out and sent a camera down.... they were right! it was an old sewer cap blocking the line! There's no real way to get it out easily, But Arthur managed, using a magnet. Immediately the sewer drained! so hopefully that is the end of that problem. the cost for today's visit was again incredibly reasonable. Good guys. Fast work. Well trained and knowledgeable! I will not recommend their store or plumbing services to anyone. My 93 year old mother-in-law called them out to resolve a slow draining tub issue. They came out 3 times and never fixed the trouble. Each time telling her it was all set. I went to her house today and witnessed the trouble myself. The tub is filling and draining slow, just as she described. I stopped by Trevarrow and explained the situation and asked if they could come out and help resolve the issue. I was not asking for anything for free. Just trying to schedule them out to help resolve the issue. I was in no way angry. There was no reason for me to be since I wasn't really involved in the previous service calls. My mother-in-law is 93 and very hard of hearing. I just assumed the difficulty communicating was the issue. They told me they would not come back out to her house and that I should call another plumber. After 25+ years of supporting this business, I'm done. I will not return to this store for any reason and will recommend to everyone I know to give their business to someone else. If they can't help out a 93 year old whose family supported their business for decades, they don't deserve my continued support. It's a shame, but that's that way it is.
