Immediately upon entering the restaurant, I was greeted by a case displaying of a variety of homemade desserts, including huckleberry cheesecake. A waitress offered a friendly greeting and led me to a seat where another waitress promptly came by to ask what I wanted to drink. I ordered the drink and a slice of huckleberry cheesecake since there were only two left and I wanted to make sure one belonged to me. I ordered a cheeseburger and fries, both of which were very good. Service was friendly and attentive. The burger patty seemed to be fresh and formed in-house. Definitely not your typical Sysco restaurant patty. The huckleberry cheesecake was out of this world. Prices were very reasonable. I'm traveling through again next week and will definitely stop here for another meal.

The gal who greeted me was friendly but our waitress made it feel like she didn't want to be there. Food was great. I got the biscuits and gravy and it definitely did not disappoint but I felt the wait time for the food was really bad. We came in and it took over an hour and a half for a party of 5. I will try to come back during different times to have better judgment but overall for the wait the food was fine not amazing but fine.

It was a little slower but we did have to wait a minute to get seated. It was nice and sunny out so it was great to sit by the big windows. We got coffee and apple juice started while we breezed over the menu. I decided to grab the same omelet as I did last time which was the spinach omelet. I subbed the bacon for sausage. My husband ordered a side of biscuits and gravy and he was going to eat my pancakes. The coffee was ok today. It was really on the bitter side. I did add 4 coffee creamers and a packet of sweetner to it, it didn't help. I only had a half a cup through the meal. My omelet looked super tasty. There was a good amount of spinach to it. There sausage was crumbled sausage in it which is not my favorite. Next time I'll all for links instead. There was also a little too much cheese in the omelet today. I love cheese but I started gagging after a few bites. It was an overwhelming amount. The pancakes were on point today. The biscuits and gravy were good. I had a couple bites of each. Service was not the best today. Our server did great at first but we waited for a while towards the end for a box. She also dropped off our bill right after we got our food. That should have been an indication on what kind of service we were going to receive. As a past server, I never understood why servers drop customers bills off right away. I always found it to be rude. I'm happy we got to stop in. My husband enjoyed his pancakes and his biscuits and gravy. It's just a bummer that our experience this time around wasn't as amazing as our first. I don't know when when we will be back but hopefully it next visit will be better.

Service: fast, friendly, no troubles Food: the food is excellent, I've split the veggie omelette and it's actually got a decent amount of veggies and cheese- they don't skimp. The pancakes are phenomenal of course! Over all: it can be very loud and busy, but that is because the food is solid. I would maybe say pick up to go on the weekends to save yourself the loud of dining in, but maybe the weekdays are more mild.

Wish they opened earlier and I think A LOT of people do to. I came two minutes after they opened and joined a pretty long long (that moved quickly and I was seated in minutes. Host asked if I had been here before (I had not) and told me I was in for a real treat! She wrote my name on a tiny white board and handed it to my server. Server did a great job getting to know me and went over the menu. Fun menu with lots of options. They make most everything from scratch and use fresh quality ingredients. I went with the Country Benedict and added bacon bits on top. Order was HUGE and I could only eat HALF. Server told me I could have asked for a "half order." While waiting for my order my server dropped by with a free hot "scone." I didn't think it was a scone (more like a Mexican "sopapillas" but it was hot and delicious and I polished it off! Inside is fun and eclectic. Cute places to take photos. Egg man is really a thing in Boise and I would highly recommend a visit!

We did have to have a small wait. I love the fact that they were busy! Nothing makes me happier than seeing a local business thrive! It was a little over 10 minutes of wait time. No problem, we chilled in the car till we got our text to come in. We were sat, got coffee and juice ordered and checked out the menu. We were both hungry so everything looked good. My husband decided on a stack of pancakes with chocolate chips and a side of biscuits and gravy. I got the Big boy omelet with Moe Joe's potatoes. Our server, I believe her name is Kendra, was super sweet! I have served her before when she came in and ate my at family's restaurant. She was fabulous as a guest and fabulous at taking care of us today. I had requested a fresh cup of half and half that wasn't used my multiple guests. I'm still bring careful with my new kidney. With no hesitation, she gladly gave me a fresh cup of half and for my coffee. I appreciate her kindness so much. Food came out and booooyyyyy did everything look amazing! My husband's pancakes were fluffy and had plenty of chocolate chips. The biscuits were covered with gravy. My omelet was massive and was also covered in gravy. I was ready to tear into them potatoes! They were nice and charry. I know this meal is about to hit! I don't think I said a word to my husband for 15 minutes. The food was so good! Nothing important needed to be talked about when the food was doing the talking for us. My omelet was stuffed with green peppers, onions and all the 3 meats that came with it. I love love love the gravy on top! The potatoes were crispy on the outside and so soft in the middle. The potatoes with gravy is top tier! Of course I tried my husband's pancakes.... so fluffy and sweet. The biscuits weren't crazy dense. I love that they were airy. I really had to hold back on the pancakes, I still had a whole omelet to work on. But them pancakes were the business! It's sad that this joint is clear across town. I would eat here every week if I could. Everything we had today was so good! Everything I had last time was good! The service is fantastic. I adore Memory and Peyton. Now I get to add Kendra to my list! One of the best breakfast joints in town, hands down! I'm so happy I got to start my birthday week at Moe Joe's! I look forward to coming back very soon.

We had a different server than our usual this time and she was fantastic. I wish I remembered her name to give her a shout out. I took away a star because the food wasn't as great as the last few times I visited. The eggs were overcooked (kind of dry and almost rubbery) and the hash browns were under cooked in the center. Now, if you've read my previous review, youd know how much i absolutely LOVE their pancakes - and I've made it my go-to spot for breakfast because of it. Well, either they changed the recipe or someone messed up this batch. It was nice and fluffy, but bland. That signature deliciously buttery flavor was nowhere to be found. I kept taking bites hoping my tongue was deceiving me... but there were no lies. Just disappointment. This is definitely a deal breaker. Maybe I'll try one more time. If it was just a one-time fluke, I'll update this review and stars. :::sigh:::
