There were plenty of baked goodies that were calling our names but we held off. The cinnamon roll they had on display was massive. There was plenty of frosting on that baby and I would have eaten the whole thing without any guilt. I was so tempted to get it but I knew it would ruin my lunch. I snagged an iced americano with sugar free white chocolate and cream. My friend got a hot mocha with a couple extra shots of espresso. I did ask for my drink to be a hair sweeter. In past years I would order an omelette with cheese and it came with a bland plain egg omelette folded in half and stuffed with cheese. Maybe an eggadilla (Huevadilla?) would be more of a correct description. Not sure if this technique is an American classic (sorry for slamming it), but I'd recommend to add the cheese to the eggs *before* frying the mixture.
