We were advised to come back on Thursday for them. The ribs looked so tasty I had to visit the next day and it was worth the wait. The ribs were very moist, smoky and very tasty. The slaw was prepared different from what I'm used to but I couldn't stop eating it. They supplied a mild bbq sauce for the ribs but you really don't need sauce on the ribs at all even though the sauce is flavorful. I have to admit the baked potatoes were unique and tasty as well. The beer we had was a barleywine type which is a kind we don't often get but always enjoy when we do. The name of this particular beer was Shake and Date. The flavors to enjoy in this stronger ABV beer is Vanilla, Marshmallow and Dates. That is probably where the name comes in on that last flavor feature. The beer is sweet but more in a natural, evolved (mature) way and the beer is barrel aged so it's definitely going to pack a whallop. Another great beer from this brewery and it was great checking out this brewery location for the first time.
