I told him I'd want to bring whatever I purchased in for them to service. He assured me they work most major brands, including BMW. Well, I purchased said BMW and called Rusty's to make an appointment and was told, "We don't work on anything older than 2000." What? Really? Yup, really. Now, I'm not inferring that Lincoln told me what kind of bike to buy--that was purely my choice--but he surely had ample opportunity to tell me they don't service older bikes. Very poor form.

They made it right! I took my car here for over 4 years up until I left to move out of state, and after doing over 15+ oil changes on 2 different cars, I can tell you these guys are the real deal. They know their stuff and they have so many services all in one spot (tires, brakes, oil change, emissions, registration, mechanic work, diagnostics). I honestly don't know why any people in Utah would go anywhere else unless it's because these guys happen to be full or something haha. Great experiences for a long period of time with them.

They had also forgot to put my skid plate back on and they accused me of already having a warranty job done due to poor organization. The other shop I went to said they messed a whole bunch of things up. I have been telling everyone I know not to come here and the general consensus is that these guys are incompetent scam artists. Don't let the positive reviews fool you. Most are from the old ownership.

Had them install brackets for a Yakima rack on my shell. They ordered a new key for the shell and…read moresaid they will mail it to me or I could pick it up in two minutes the when I returned. When I came back, they didn't have my key, didn't remember me, didn't have me in there system. After looking for a key that may fit and trying to figure out what to do for 30 minutes, they ordered another key and said they'd have it in a week. I wasn't willing to risk wasting more time and money for them to repeat their mistake. I'll eat the loss and find a shop that can replace the key or order it online. Find a better place to take your business, it's not worth it.
