THEIR "REPAIR" RUINED MY SOFA UPHOLSTERY! DON'T GO HERE!…read more The upholstery on my sofa detaches and is machine washable. I tore it while putting it back on. I asked them sew a similar fabric on the UNDERSIDE to reinforce it and keep it from ripping more. Didn't need to be perfect, I knew the tear itself could not be sewn together but patching and stitching the underside could mitigate the damage. I came to pick it up and BOTH SIDES were covered in a fabric patch that's not even a close match! I was told that there wasn't a way to reinforce it from the underside so they just did both. Even if that were true (it's not), why did no one call me FIRST and tell me the work I requested and paid for wasn't possible? This is a very basic ask of a professional tailor, it's unbelievable they got it so wrong! This patch is so much worse than the original tear. The sofa was custom made in Japan and is a one of a kind piece. Pics of the tear and what they did to it. The pics of the denim repair is an example of what I asked them to do.

I have been so excited all week long. I get there and the lady proceeds to tell me there are books I can look at because there isn't much in my size. That being my size, I would have to special order. Tells my Bestfriend that the dresses she was looking at would be way too small for me to try on. She literally said "I'm looking at you and you have to be atleast an 18, maybe bigger" when I am telling her that I've tried on dresses and I always try on 10-14 depending on the breast section because I am big chested. She is responding to me that I would be LUCKY to get into an 18. I have never in my life experienced someone so rude. How are you a wedding dress shop owner and supposed to make money off of making women feel beautiful and treat someone like that?
