I used the kiosk to place my order. Pretty simple. My order took a few minutes because there were others ahead of me. My food/coffee were both hot, so it was worth the wait. All of the staff I came in contact with were all nice; especially the gentleman I had a small conversation with. This is a nice McDonald's to stop at if you are traveling through this area.

The urinal is next to the sink and has no partitions so I had to stand awkwardly to avoid the large piss puddle on the floor and to avoid giving everyone in the restaurant a show every time the door opened. No paper towel dispensers just the loud AF hand driers which only serve to waste your time (though at least the whole restaurant can hear if uncouth slobs are skipping the handwashing step). I'm going to skip eating here, if they can't keep a bathroom clean then the employees in back preparing food arent washing their hands either.

If I came here with 10 minutes til close, it'd be a different story but the attitude I received at the speaker was COMPLETELY uncalled for. I am paying for the food, not the attitude. Please stop being rude to polite, paying customers. (Also they had already closed down their frosty machine, and she cut me off mid sentence as I ordered it - it's fine... I'm fine.)

I never go into a fast food restaurant with high expectations but I can't think of any other time I've visited a fast food location where just based on the interaction with the cashier, I knew I'd be leaving a rave review! She was so polite and friendly and focused on the task at hand with enthusiasm, not the typical (I'd rather be some place else) attitude more commonly seen. Our food came out super quick and it was DELICIOUS. I requested extra crispy chicken and it did not disappoint. Great flavor, moist and perfectly cooked. The fries were delicious and the waffle had great flavor and consistency! The portion size of this meal was perfect too. Yes they had ice for the drinks and I didn't see any issue with cleanliness. Although, in general, when it comes to cleanliness, I also keep in mind that the patrons at these establishments are also partially responsible for the status of cleanliness.

It isn't a full-service restaurant. You order at the counter, then wait at a table displaying your order number. I think the regional manager was training and/or was short-handed. We were all pretty hungry yet enjoyed good conversation while we waited. Since I had only ordered the nachos and one kids meal, we had the shortest wait... i.e., our food was ready when I got out of the ladies room (after changing into dry clothes). Lindsey made the whole experience a good one for our large group. She apologized for the wait and thanked us for our patience and understanding. if all places had the same customer service, then they'd be successful for a long time. I was so hungry that I totally forgot to take pix of all the food. My buffalo chicken nachos had really good flavor, but I did feel that it could have had more chicken and less tomatoes. Half of the nachos had nothing on them at all. The kiddo loved his mini pretzel dogs & fruit cup. It had a really good mix of berries and melons plus pineapple! He also ate the side of mac-n-cheese that came with my hubby's sandwich. I had ordered him the Black Angus King Club to go and it was huge! Tasted good, too, so the $15 price was worth it since it fed two adults. Haha. It was good with a side of chips!
