Waited for 10 minutes standing at counter watching elbows move around behind the food prep counter. I think there were three people working the whole place, and two of them made eye contact with me but said nothing and continued to hide behind the food prep area. No "Hello." No "sorry, we are not currently taking orders inside;" (even though there were two guys sitting at a table eating food in the dining room.) Just a sign taped to the counter saying, "The dining room is closed. Please use the drive through." (Why even unlock the dining room door then?) Ok-- I'm a truck driver. You want me to bring my 60' long, 14' tall semi around the building, you're going to need to build a bigger parking lot. COVID is OVER, people. It's time to reopen if you want to do any business. We did not get our "fast food" for over an hour. The food was cold and incorrect. The kitchen was a hazardous mess. They took our reicpts back and still the orders were wrong. The assistant manager, Derek Patterson, of 2 weeks could not give gift cards to the out of town couples with us. I have to call and have them sent to them. The crew was mostly new employees on a Saturday night. The manager got an attitude and then so did the employees. The computers were allegedly going down but no evidence of that. read more

Lots of vegan friendly options Taco Bells all have several items on their menu that are vegan friendly, from Fresco Bean burritos to bean tostadas etc. They even have a vegetarian certified menu!! Things are easy to veganize, too, like asking for beans or potatoes instead of meat. We ordered the Fresco Bean burritos. For the price, there is no better fast food vegan option. Beans are high in fiber and protein and no cholesterol, so I am always happy when food on the road is this easy. The burritos were a bit smaller than most Taco Bells we visit and seemed a bit bland. The other reviewers are right, this place is really bad, even for fast food. We stopped at this KFC/Taco Bell combo restaurant for lunch on a cross-country road trip. Long story short: The line was extremely long, they got our order wrong, the food took 10 minutes to come out, it was very stale and the taco shells tasted like cardboard, there were more toppings in the wrappers than in the actual tacos or burritos, all counters and tables were sticky, and the soda machine was mixing the syrup wrong so it tasted horrible. How the cashier forgot to ring up and include two chicken burritos when we just had a lengthy conversation on customizing them, I have no idea. She had even gone to speak to the cook to tell them how we wanted them since she couldn't find the buttons. She didn't know how to use the computer and couldn't do extra sauce or change the chicken from shredded to original like I order it at every other Taco Bell I've been in from Washington state to here. All in all, just avoid this place. Not even worth it for crappy fast food. read more

If you eat here expect to see employees ham-fistedly slopping together fast food of low quality (even for Taco Bell/KFC, which is saying a lot), often times incorrectly, under the guidance (or lack thereof) of apathetic management. Mediocrity would be a vast improvement. read more

Worst fast food experience. Ordered the boss nacho minus the beans and I guess they thought that meant minus cheese too because it was basically chips and shredded (unmelted) cheese and a small portion of guacamole. THATS IT.
