Got a chocolate Frosty -- you could pour it out, it was thin & watery like a drink. They acted like I was crazy when I asked for a fresh one or a refund... they said the the cup of milk I got was a "normal" Frosty. They did give a refund. The Single Hamburger Patty is only 3" square at this location.... a double-stack burger has more meat than a Single; at least here in Cadiz. I've never seen anything like it. Yes, it was barely 3", I actually measured it... I didn't set out to do that but I had a small tape measure in my pocket that I had just been using before grabbing some food. I just came up from a few weeks in Huntsville and the Wendy's in that area served Singles that had normal sized patties, about 4 or 4.5" square. ALL of the drink selections are disgusting, because they have one of those horrible freestyle machines. I have nothing against this Wendy's. I was simply driving through on a long road trip home when I decided I was craving some nuggies. Chawanita was very nice taking my order. However, Tyree proceeded to ask me "Don't you think I'm cute?" and "Well fuck him" after saying that I have a boyfriend in response. Although, he said he was joking I was very displeased with how I was spoken to while trying to get my nuggies and finish my road trip. P.S. I never got my nuggies. Stopped by for a quick bite as we were driving through the town. Every table in the dining room was dirty. There was food all over the floor. The condiment table had ants crawling all over it, mind you it was April and ants aren't usually out at this time. The cashier was directing everyone to use the kiosk, which did not work. Unfriendly and unprofessional staff, food is almost always wrong or cold, and the dining room is usually dirty and unkept. There is one or two employees who are very friendly, I'll say that. The customer service was unacceptable, we've been served by a Ms.Katrian but in the same time another man was talking over her and when was her talking with us, when was him and they were laughing and having a good time in there while we were just trying to get something to eat,very unprofessional. Honestly food is fine the issue is the staff , they forgot some of our order a while meal which everyone knows happens sometimes but the issue is when i pulled back around to get the rest of my order, Before my daughter who was driving could get a word out a tall red headed full bearded man addresses the situation by saying "what do y'all have to complain about" And we said we were missing a number ten and they sigh and walk away and got it w attitude then messed up the size of the fry and when we addressed it he ignored us along w everyone else beside a tall skinny red headed guy got what we needed w a respectful attitude, the other teenagers and one older blonde woman decided to circle up and talk and then sigh when i needed a straw , respectfully the staff needs retrained in customer service. read more

My wife and I stopped here to get some food. We ordered our food and the staff was very courteous. After that I discovered that they did not have sweet tea, or unsweet tea available in the lobby. I went back to the front desk and got half-and-half mixture from the drive-through only to find out that the tea had gone bad and was very bitter. I ended up pouring that out and trying to get a Coke zero, which was out as well. I've been trying to get napkins to go with my meal only to find out that they were out of napkins as well. Trying to find a table to sit at that was clean was difficult and the floors were very messy as well. After we ate we noticed all the trash cans were overflowing with trash. You would think they were crazy busy although there were only two tables in use and the employees were just standing around talking. read more

If I could give less than one star... I would. We have been in line for 25 minutes... we are still currently in line. Update: Was given food at the 30 minute mark. No one apologized for the wait or had an explanation. Asked for dipping sauces THREE times. Didn't get any. So we tried to flag down the person at the window. She starred at us until I yelled "could we get some sauces?" And she pretty much threw them at us... and still didn't give us the ones we asked for‍ read more

We just went there on our lunch break, spent 20 dollars and got 2 ice cold burgers. The cheese wasn't even melted and the meat was cold all the way through. This Wendy's would not make Dave Thomas proud. We stopped by on a Saturday around 10:45. I think we must've been the second drive thru customers. There was a car in front of us that ordered, then pulled to the pay window. The woman on the speaker box told us to "hold on". We held on long enough to think we should move next door to the Taco Bell, which was pushing through the cars in the drive thru. Finally, we were able to place our order then pull forward & wait behind the car in front of us. We then made it to the pay window. The woman working wasn't friendly, but I won't hold that against her. It took about 20 minutes from pull up to drive off with food. The fries were cooked too long in the fryer and tasted as such. One of the burgers had a bottom bun that must've sat out the night before as it lacked any moisture and was hard. Next time, Taco Bell! read more

Went through the drive thru yesterday, my grandson got the fries with cheese etc and had no fork. I got the new salad with the berries and had a fork. I gave him my fork since we were on the way home and waited till I got there to eat mine. The dressing apparently had been left out and was rancid and found two bugs on the spinach.
