Stopped in on a long drive to use the bathroom and maybe get some lunch. The men's room smelled like a horse barn stall and there is only one urinal, and one toilet. The urinal is next to the sink and has no partitions so I had to stand awkwardly to avoid the large piss puddle on the floor and to avoid giving everyone in the restaurant a show every time the door opened. No paper towel dispensers just the loud AF hand driers which only serve to waste your time (though at least the whole restaurant can hear if uncouth slobs are skipping the handwashing step). During a recent road trip, we stopped here for breakfast. I went inside to place my order and to also use the bathroom. This location is really clean, so I was happy to see this. I used the kiosk to place my order. Pretty simple. My order took a few minutes because there were others ahead of me. My food/coffee were both hot, so it was worth the wait. All of the staff I came in contact with were all nice; especially the gentleman I had a small conversation with. This McDonald's was clean, including the bathrooms, which was a nice surprise. I placed my order at the kiosk since no one was at the counter, but the machine didn't print a receipt, so I wasn't sure what my order number was. I had to wait until I spotted an employee to ask, and that person then began taking orders at the counter. We waited a while for our food, and once we got back to the truck, we realized a sandwich was missing. My husband went back in, and thankfully, they resolved it quickly, it had just been left out of the bag. Overall, it worked out fine for a quick stop, but the experience was a bit disorganized. Got a Double Hamburger, Medium Coke, and a Large Fry --- got the large fry free with the app (any size fry free with the purchase of a drink). They gave me Diet Coke... nasty. The employee did replace it and then she said to another worker, 6 feet away from me... "Why do people b*tch about getting Diet instead, it tastes exactly the same?" This was the worst fast food experience I've ever had! I was in the bathroom taking a number 2 when I realized the bathroom had no toilet paper left.
