There is never a good time to have a catastrophic failure with your vehicle, especially when your most recent ex-wife made your credit score head into the toilet...and being a single dad. My local credit union (a member of 14 years) wouldn't return my calls....however in searching for a buy here, pay here place I was fortunate to find Supreme. I was blunt about what I needed and what I could afford. We found a good used car with reasonable miles for the year. Nothing fancy (well it does have heated seats) just needed a grocery getter and to get to work. After I was easily approved by a finance company they work with, yeah high interest, but I was over a barrel with no options (other than begging family...) Very soon after my purchase there was an issue (kinda major) with my car, not gonna go into the details on make, model or issue. It is still a 14 year old car. Bottom line is, they stood behind the car they sold me and took great care of me. I was patient, yeah not thrilled, but hey $h!t happens. Now it did take a bit to get the issue resolved since it was an intermittent issue. But I'm confident it is now fixed. I rarely write reviews or make recommendations but there are exceptions and Supreme Cars & truck IS the exception. I cannot express enough on how wonderful my experience was with Jeff, Shawn & Bob. I got a vehicle that had very high mileage on it and I paid a high monthly payment on it for almost four years, and by the time the loan was almost paid off the vehicle was worthless. That being said, Shawn was friendly, helpful and accommodating, and up until the last time I got my vehicle repaired there I was quite pleased with what I was charged for repairs. Shawn also worked with me on repairs that were covered by my warranty and treated me fairly. The result of buying a car from this business and making my payments on time was greatly improved credit. I recommend this dealership to anyone who is in dire need of a vehicle and has lousy credit. They will help you out.

Right off, I have to thank Andrew because my first experience buying a vintage/classic car could not have been better! Besides being extremely experienced and knowledgeable about cars, Andrew was always patient in answering my myriad of questions related to the vehicle and our transaction generally. I never got the impression that he was only concerned about making the sale, but I always felt that Andrew had my best interest at heart and ultimately he wanted me to be happy with my decision to buy the car. At all times I found Andrew to be honest, sincere, helpful and professional. And, most importantly, he proved trustworthy and always kept his word. For example, when he said he would fix a minor turn signal issue, he did. He was also patient in allowing me to keep the car at his facility until it was convenient for me to bring the car back to Massachusetts. Now that I've been bitten by the vintage Corvette "bug" I'll be checking Andrew's web site regularly! And who knows, I think I'll drive to Merrimack on occasion just to have coffee and talk cars with Andrew. Paul J. Boston, MA

In fact, if the truck was not what I wanted, I would have left and never returned. The truck was in the shop on a rack when they showed it to me. I walked around the truck, and they explained what was being repaired. While walking around the truck I saw a scratch in the bed, and I asked if they could have someone touch that up for me. They made it sound to my wife and I that they would. We said cool. They appraised my trade, and they told me the amount. They did not come off the price of theirs at all when they presented the numbers. I told them we are close, but I think we are $2000 apart can we make that up somewhere. The salesman pulled out this stupid piece of paper that said, we make buying easy here and make it easy for you. (Paraphrased a little there but you get the point.) So, the easy way is for you to bow down, pay their asking price, and take what you get for your trade. No discussion, no handling objections, no sales skill whatsoever. Just shut up and take it. Again, they knew that had me and their smug attitudes showed. I bought the truck and was told I had this awesome interest rate. When I showed up it was way higher than we were told. In the finance managers defense, the guy that gave me the rate they let go home early and the F&I Manger work for a while to at least keep a promise made. Now let's go back to scratch. When I asked if the scratch got touched up, I was told no. The manager said it would have to go to the body shop to repair it, and he was not going to do that. Then WHY did you say you would touch it up? The truck was washed and filled the day I purchased the truck. But I was not picking up right then. So, I drove off in a truck with bird droppings all over it. They also did not care enough to put good tires on the truck. I drove about 4000 miles and had to replace all the tires. They were the original tires that came on the truck. A 2017 model F250. Lastly, my tags were going to expire soon. I called and was told no they were not ready. Excuse was we can only do 30 plates a month, what? I called back to let them know my tags expire today. I need a new temp tag. I was told they should get them today and they would be overnighted because of the expiration of my tags. I called two days later, and the tags had not been mailed. Just another lie from this company. Now, the salesman drove them to me, but I am located on his way home. Conclusion: I will not ever consider this dealership for my next purchase and maybe you should not consider them for your first purchase. Anyone I know looking for a truck, I tell them to run from Hillsboro Ford. Also, they have a perfect 5-star review on their webpage because you cannot post any less stars

My Sister has one, my parents and my husband and I. I took my ID.4 in for a recall. When I picked it up, everything seemed fine. Turned out, the service center removed the entire back seat to access a panel and never put it back in place. Imagine if this was something more serious like forgetting to put the brakes back on! We immediately called them to let them know so that they would be more careful to for the next customer's safety. The following month (July 2025) my dad scheduled an appointment for a recall on his ID.4. They told him it would be a whole day and they would call when it was ready. The whole day (Friday) passed - no call. We called on Saturday and got no response. They were closed on Sunday- leaving my parents with no vehicle all weekend! He told me he could only take off 500 dollars because he would lose money if it was any less. I told him that was fine there was the same vehicle in mass with around the same mileage and better condition for over a thousand dollars less. Within 15 minutes later he said he could take 900 less after calling me back. I was excited and figured out my finance. Made rides to go down there. When we got there was a sticky note on the door saying be back soon. Chris finally showed up. He talks very fast and you get the used car salesman experience, not that he is a bad guy but reassures too much and talks fast. Saying how great the vehicle is that it will be a great fit. He told me before I test drove it that it needs a backup camera. Before I get in the vehicle I plugged in a OBD reader to find it had a check engine permanent code. Light not on because it had been reset prior and was still saved. Small EVAP leak. I told him the drive cycle had not been finished. He told me that if it comes back come right back and we will take care of it. Had some slight difficulty with the bank that night so it was going to take an extra day before i picked it up. I voiced my concern several times about the code still there. With the extra day I would have thought it would have been taken care of, he had not. I came to pick it up two days later and there was an inspection sticker on it. This is where things really started to be a concern. They left the inspection sticker from Massachusetts (still there till this day on the passenger side bottom window). I drove it home. Was going threw everything and noticed the drivers seat was missing the rear two bolts that hold it down, very concerning when its the only thing that holds the seat to the bracket. Called up quirk and bought the bolts. Four days later the check engine comes on (A little under 600 miles, I live about two hours one way away from Kingston). Plug back in the OBD and now theirs is the small EVAP and now p0430 Catalytic Converter bank 2. Call Chris, tells me to bring it back. Make plans and drop it off with him on Saturday, I was told by Chris it would go in the shop Monday. Monday evening i call him because i had not heard anything, Chris tells me the mechanic had a wedding to go to and he would get it in the next day, no phone call to me I had to call him. He says he will call me by noon Tuesday. Tuesday at one I'm calling him, Chris tells me that the second bank catalytic converter needs to be replaced also informs me the EVAP leak was a purge solenoid and replaces that at no cost. At that time he informs me that he will cover half the cost for the catalytic converter. I was not OK with buying a vehicle and now having to drop 290 dollars back into it. His response was "sometimes you buy new vehicles and have to put money into it." That is the scariest of all, you buy vehicles to get out of old ones or in my case use them for my business. I needed my vehicle back and did not wanna deal with it anymore. I was angry but in the end told him to just do it. I borrowed money, paid, and got the vehicle back. Now 200 miles later after they reset the light my check engine light is back on for the original small EVAP leak. I have given plenty of times for Chris to correct issue and now I'm back to square one. I will be bringing it to my local Lebanon ford where they will smog it and i will repair the vehicle. I would not recommend anything. He does offer extended warranty's and he will offer it as "oh and i offer extended warranty's too-- go ahead and sign here saying I told you about them." Ive wasted so much time now all my money out of both my recent pay checks and have a vehicle I constantly worry about. To say the least I now have a $12,600 vehicle that has a check engine light that Ive been told is taken care of and have wasted over 500 dollars just in travel and new parts. If your like me that save money just to be able to put a down payment on vehicles and being talked to by chris like its no big deal having to drive two hours one way, spend 290 on repairs less than a week later and still not having any fix its discouraging.
