We had it towed to a dealership to discover that the mechanic at Beard's used the wrong type of coolant in the car, which caused the engine to overheat, burn all the coolant, and there is possible damage to the radiator and head gasket. We do not recommend this place. The office was filthy with junk upon junk piled everywhere, a dog laying across the counter. prescription pill bottles on the counter sitting on piles of food and what appeared to be trash. He also replaced a part that he admitted was not broken. He said that he seemed "soft". He did not call my daughter for permission to do this. He went ahead and replaced it and included the cost in the final bill. To be fair, when we picked up the car, he was nice and he did a good job explaining the repair to us .

We went to visit several of the RVs outside and gave her our likings and dislikes. Right away she had one in mind that was not on the lot and showed us it on line and gave us the details. We are in the process of buying that one now! She totally understood why this thing was important or that thing wasn't to us. That is why she gets an A+ review. It was as if I knew her a long while as I felt very comfortable speaking with her. Plus she is a dog lover and we had our duo along for the ride.
