He has guided me through rehabilitation before and after two knee and one shoulder replacement. He listens and responds with helpful treatment and makes suggestions to help me get back to my normal functioning level. He has been wonderful with my husband, Kenneth who has Parkinson's and who he has also seen many times. Kris is sensitive and considerate and is always including therapy that is helpful to his changing needs. He has been a godsend and we are both so grateful. I have recovered well from both a knee and shoulder replacement, one following the other in a few months,and had therapy with Kris before and after the procedures. My husband is dealing with a chronic condition requiring therapy over a long period and Kris has provided wonderful support and assistance to him. I cannot say enough about Kris' responsiveness, encouragement, and very calm demeanor. He listens well to all our concerns freely offering helpful suggestions. Marcus, Jordan and John have been very helpful as well seeing to it that we are being cared for. This Twin Boro facility offers an efficient and friendly environment where everyone seems willing to pitch in. There were several times when there were 6-10 patients there with only 1 or 2 physical therapists. The PT assistants were not good. They would approach me and ask "what exercises did you do last time"? Never checking my file or consulting with my "PT". I also thought that the staff had excessive conversations with each other about sports, places to eat and their weekends. I felt like I was at a "frat party" several times. Unprofessional in my opinion. They did not focus on the patients. They were quick to assign several exercises and then leave you to do them never supervising or checking if you were doing the exercises correctly. In addition, loud music was playing every time I was there ...the manager constantly changing it and checking in with the staff to see if they liked it. Really? The last appointment I had was a Friday at 3. There were 7 patients there while a baby shower (or some sort of party) going on during business hours!!!!!! All PT's and assistants were enjoying the party while we were sitting there for over 15 minutes waiting to start out session - SO UNPROFESSIONAL! I shared this with my Ortho Doctor and he said this was the only place he herd "not so good" things about this palce.

I just completed 2.5 months of vestibular rehab in the South Plainfield, NJ office, after a bad…read morefall left me with a concussion. I walked into the South Plainfield office, for my evaluation with Zach, feeling horrible. I was dizzy, couldn't walk straight, my balance was off, nauseous, ringing in my ears, and I almost passed out the day before (unbeknownst to me, the concussion impacted my heart rate). I was terrified and devastated. After 2.5 months, 3 times a week with Zach, I am able to balance on one foot, walk a straight line, do step ups without falling down (Zach litterally caught me a few times when I fell), and my heart rate has normalized. For the entire treatment, Zach was patient, kind, empathetic, and a great listener. He has such a calm demeanor, which was definitely needed. He appropriately slowed down my therapy in the beginning, when I felt worse, and then pushed me (at the correct pace) when I needed to be pushed, as I started feeling better. I made such gains, that I am now going to the gym, after a long hiatus, so I don't lose what I gained in therapy. I had underwent a short treatment with Yasmin that ended abruptly because of my concussion. She actually called me while I was in the emergency room! I thought it was regarding my canceled appointment, but it was just to check on me! In this day and age, that kind of care and compassion is rare! Kirsten has the sweetest demeanor, and would cheer me on in the background now and then, by giving me the thumbs up, and her comforting smile. I definitely needed it on some days when I had lost hope. What a genuine person, she didn't need to do that, she just did. Heather, who had nothing to do with my treatment, ran and got me a pillow one day. She thought it would make me more comfortable while I was doing my table exercises!! It did!!! Leena at reception was so kind and willing to help with whatever I needed. I definitely recommend the South Plainfield office. Hopefully I'll never need their services again; but if I do, I will return to the South Plainfield, NJ office; provided the therapists listed above are there to provide treatment!

My parents love coming here! They tell me about their appointments with great enthusiasm every week, and show me the home-exercises they do following the physical therapist's instructions. They feel totally safe with the COVID precautions at this facility. They have had positive interactions with all the staff here. My Mom has said the building is always decorated for the holidays, and she likes having such welcoming surroundings while she does her exercises.
