I had a pretty extreme case of TMJ there aren't many places that know how to treat such a condition. Dr Warren was great totally understood what I was going through, gave me good exercises to do on my own in between sessions and really helped me improve my condition. The care that you receive at Americare Physical Therapy in Warren begins as soon as you walk in the door. Everyone is welcoming and professional. The facility is exceptionally clean and well run. The care that I received by Warren Yang, PT, DPT was excellent. He was extremely thorough in his evaluation, was very caring, and took time to listen at each visit. Warren continuously and carefully adapted my therapy sessions to my needs as I progressed. Warren and the support staff worked extremely well together as a team to make my sessions as productive and as pleasant as possible. The level of care I received by Dr. Laura Wong, Dr. Aditi Chandan was top notch. I have been through PT before at different providers, so I have a pretty good basis for judgment, and my experience at Americare was exceptional-- not only from a clinical perspective but personally as well. I thought they would help me strengthen my legs and walk properly again. Unfortunately, there is almost no exercise equipment whatsoever in this HUGE dance hall of a therapy office. There was absolutely no manual manipulation. Strengthening my legs was not addressed. Balance was not addressed. I feel that they have you do the same thing every visit just to build up your bill. The DPT seemed young and unfamiliar with my situation. I do not recommend Americare, Warren. The student PT was much better than the DPT but left to go elsewhere for a job. Go elsewhere. There are plenty of other physical therapists in Warren as well as surrounding towns. This place was a HUGE waste of money. read more

My initial physical/ lifestyle examination was thorough and not rushed 2. My main therapist, Edenia Sanchez, works closely with me throughout my whole session to ensure that I am doing everything correctly, and when she must step away for a moment, there is always another professional keeping an eye on me 3. I feel that their top priority is my healing - and as small talk is nice, they do not let it interfere with your therapy - this also makes it easier to ask questions without feeling that you are constantly interrupting them 4. Their facility is always very clean and well kept 5. They play happy and relaxing music at a nice volume 6. On the business side of things, they were very professional and transparent with my billing and insurance dealings With how they run their business and treat their patients, I am not surprised that my LOWER BACK injury is in a better place than it has ever been! I was initially referred to this PT facility because they offer home visits. That was critical when I had an injury which prevented me from driving. They helped me recover enough to drive after which I went to this facility. I now am fully functioning again, thanks to the staff at AmeriCare.
