I chose BEST in Middlesex after seeing the excellent care my husband received from Keith for a new developing hip problem . I was assigned to Rachael who was phenomenal with making a plan that focused on my ability to walk on foot without the need for further ankle supports . She was very knowledgeable answering all my frequent questions regarding my foot recovery . While always maintaining their professionalism they managed to add some humor to keep you positive to make sure you see that light at the end of the tunnel . During the course of my treatment here, I have been seen by Tova, Scott, Megan, Gabe and Gabby. All are very knowledgeable and friendly. They look that the patients chart to ensure there continuity of the workouts and stretches. I also like how there's some additional stretches and workout provided from time to time.
