I chose BEST in Middlesex after seeing the excellent care my husband received from Keith for a new developing hip problem . I was assigned to Rachael who was phenomenal with making a plan that focused on my ability to walk on foot without the need for further ankle supports . She was very knowledgeable answering all my frequent questions regarding my foot recovery . While always maintaining their professionalism they managed to add some humor to keep you positive to make sure you see that light at the end of the tunnel . Most importantly they worked as a team helping each other as well as myself in obtaining my goals . It has been a long road with my injury but I have completed my journey with them. I can't say enough good things about COPT Comprehensive Orthopedic Physical Therapy in Parsippany…read more From day one, it's been clear that the therapists here are not only knowledgeable, but truly invested in helping you improve. I'm currently being treated for a frozen shoulder, and what I appreciate most is how thoughtfully they approach each session. They take the time to listen, adjust the therapy to what works best for you, and push you in a very intentional, measured way so you continue making progress without feeling overwhelmed. My experience here has been a stark contrast to two other PT clinics I tried before. Those felt impersonal--either I was left doing exercises on my own with little supervision, or sessions felt rushed and strictly capped, like they were just trying to move patients through. At COPT, it's the opposite. The team really gets to know you, builds a strong relationship, and makes you feel supported every step of the way. You can tell they genuinely care about your recovery and long-term health. If you're looking for a place that combines expertise with a personal touch, this is it.

I would like to place on record the excellent treatment I have received at Comprehensive Physical…read moreTherapy (COPT) at Somerset. I have had a chronic pain (Tennis elbow) since the last 18-20 months that I was treating through my orthopedic who prescribed Meloxicam and Advil as needed. These medicines have long term issues impacting kidney and liver functions. A friend recommended Gopal Patel at COPT in Somerset and I started my PT under his guidance in mid September 2023. I am very happy to state that I have been cured over 95% and pain intensity is a thing of the past. Gopal is an excellent therapist who never looks at the clock and works tirelessly to treat the symptoms and ensure the patient gets relief from the first therapy itself. I call him a magician as he has been able to help me gain strength and now I am able to do all my chores with ease. Earlier even navigating the car steering was a problem but not any more. I am very very happy to have discovered COPT and drive quite a distance for my therapy - all because the COPT folks genuinely care. All his therapists are experts and extremely patient with the patients. I have seen so many smiling faces and the atmosphere is positive and lively. The entire set up is very clean and there is coffee and water for all. I highly recommend Comprehensive Physical Therapy to all who are in pain. Thank you Gopal Patel for your amazing treatment.

Well I never thought I would be the first one to review this amazing place!…read more I was referred to this center by my orthopedic doctor for a 6 week period to get my lower back healed. He did specifically recommend this place and that this was good. Since I live closer to Edison, I had no issues going here twice in a week for the next 6 weeks. Right from the start of getting my appointments scheduled to getting my physiotherapy sessions done, it has been a complete breeze. They do a clinical job in getting your details thoroughly, listening to what the needs are and getting you treated. They have a great team of employees - Marie and Sonia at the front desk and Dean, Mohammad and Terry helping whenever the star physiotherapist Lauren(the Director) is not around. Lauren gets you fixed, Period! The location is well-maintained and regularly sanitized in between sessions. Mask-wearing is mandated and religiously followed. Parking is right out of the door which is very good for people with leg injuries, coming here. Highly recommend this place!

I've seen the best and worst of physical therapy centers. This is an average experience. This place…read moreis not a fraud, but also not consistent. They have many therapists so your experience will depend mainly on who you get. You may hit the jackpot, or bankrupt. A lot of equipment but a lot of it is for strengthening Rutgers athletes who are young and bounce back quickly. They seem best at strengthening, not so super at correcting specific problems. Maybe I had bad luck recently but I was rather disappointed with how my experience went. Overall a bit too "mass production" for me as a patient. I would say that if you feel your condition isn't improving, go ahead and make a change to another therapist or facility. You need to make yourself priority #1, #2, #3 and every number thereafter. I also note that while this place is, again, not outright fraudulent like some places, they charge a LOT. They tend to pad the bill with things like heat and ice and non-therapist supervised exercises in order to max the insurance payments. If you don't pay anything that's your business, but if you care about the principle or pay a portion of your bill, realize that the bill here is going to be quite a lot... like several TIMES what other places charge for equal or better treatment. I also agree with the reviewer who said you may have to deal with somewhat abrasive people at the front. Billing is also CHAOTIC. In that respect you are in the end dealing with a huge hospital business (Saint Peters) rather than a small physical therapy outfit.
