I can't say enough good things about COPT Comprehensive Orthopedic Physical Therapy in Parsippany…read more From day one, it's been clear that the therapists here are not only knowledgeable, but truly invested in helping you improve. I'm currently being treated for a frozen shoulder, and what I appreciate most is how thoughtfully they approach each session. They take the time to listen, adjust the therapy to what works best for you, and push you in a very intentional, measured way so you continue making progress without feeling overwhelmed. My experience here has been a stark contrast to two other PT clinics I tried before. Those felt impersonal--either I was left doing exercises on my own with little supervision, or sessions felt rushed and strictly capped, like they were just trying to move patients through. At COPT, it's the opposite. The team really gets to know you, builds a strong relationship, and makes you feel supported every step of the way. You can tell they genuinely care about your recovery and long-term health. If you're looking for a place that combines expertise with a personal touch, this is it.

I have had a chronic pain (Tennis elbow) since the last 18-20 months that I was treating through my orthopedic who prescribed Meloxicam and Advil as needed. These medicines have long term issues impacting kidney and liver functions. A friend recommended Gopal Patel at COPT in Somerset and I started my PT under his guidance in mid September 2023. I am very happy to state that I have been cured over 95% and pain intensity is a thing of the past. Gopal is an excellent therapist who never looks at the clock and works tirelessly to treat the symptoms and ensure the patient gets relief from the first therapy itself. I call him a magician as he has been able to help me gain strength and now I am able to do all my chores with ease. Earlier even navigating the car steering was a problem but not any more. I am very very happy to have discovered COPT and drive quite a distance for my therapy - all because the COPT folks genuinely care. All his therapists are experts and extremely patient with the patients. I have seen so many smiling faces and the atmosphere is positive and lively. The entire set up is very clean and there is coffee and water for all. I highly recommend Comprehensive Physical Therapy to all who are in pain. Thank you Gopal Patel for your amazing treatment.

I have…read morebeen to numerous physical therapy centers since 2004 and have been very unsatisfied with the therapists and their treatments. The therapists didn't seem to care and the treatments were not helpful. It was to the point that I didn't believe in benefits of physical therapy and didn't recommend it. When I found this Kessler Rehab Center in Parlin, the front desk assistant was patient to listen to my concerns with payment and knowledgeable to help me deal with my insurance. She made it seamless for me to start my therapy sessions. I was blown away by the professionalism and competent therapists - Melissa Chendorain and her staff, Eliza. They were very helpful, caring, friendly, best bedside manner, and were really monitoring my treatments. Despite their extremely busy schedule, they were patient in showing me the exercises and watching me to ensure I did it correctly while attending to other patients. Eliza was better than my surgeon! I had a surgical wound that wouldn't heal correctly for 6 months! The surgeons looked at it a few times and said it was fine but, it was Eliza who kept a close eyes on the wound and explaining to me how it is not healing correctly. With that understanding, I was able to communicate that to the surgeon and then he prescribed the correct medication to help heal the wound. Thank you, Eliza! I have recommended a few clients already to this center. I have already told family, friends, neighbors, coworkers, etc. what a wonderful center this is and how great Melissa and Eliza are. Those who have been there agree with me and continue to go there. I highly recommend this place! Melissa and Eliza, thank you for making me believe in physical therapy again! Thank you SO MUCH for taking great care of me and helping me heal for over 6 months! Keep up the great work!

He articulates exactly what the sensation is which is pivotal, especially for people who might be new/nervous to try a new type of care. This really helped me release excess muscle tension. Now, even after I have moved over an hour away from them, I continue to go there because the treatment is excellent and the guys are genuine in their care of each and every patient. I've been to chiropractors and physical therapists for more than 2/3 of my life....but these guys are by far the best! You are not just a nameless patient to them...they remember the details about you and know you as a person. For me, some of my favorite things are the fact that Jig (the physical therapist) does manual manipulation for me. He takes the time to really get my neck feeling great again. On more than one occasion, he is given me what I like to call 'A Neck Orgasm". (Yes he is that good!) Dr. Stan is so sweet....to the point where he will even take extra time to go above and beyond and align my very curious 2 year old daughter...who wants to be just like Mommy!
