The difference in my back and strength is remarkable after only seeing Dr. Alex for a few weeks! The initial visit was probably the most thorough I have ever had. More importantly, no more pain. Full movement again. After each adjustment, I feel a surge of energy. It sounds cliche to say, but it is as if all parts are connected again. When I came here I was having problems with sleeping, doing lunges and squats due to extreme knee pain on both knees. I'm happy to say that I am able to do reverse lunges and body weight squats. I am also able to do step ups with light weights and Bulgarian split squats. Sleeping is no longer an issue. I was skeptical when I first walked in but I do not regret the decision.
